From a 16oz can dated 06/22/23. A lovely NEDIPA. Straw-yellow in color, lots of tropical & citrus notes on the nose and palate, and a very smooth finish. The 9%abv is well-hidden.

This was good, but the can was somewhat old. Would love to try again fresh as it held up really well at 60 days and was an interesting take on the style with more pronounced hop bitterness than most NEIPAs these days. And that wasn't a bad thing.

Canned on 4/6/22; consumed on 4/25/22
Pours a foggy haze of lemon-gold capped with multiple fingers of rocky, fluffy, white foam; good head retention leaves a thin veil of cap, a moderate, frothy collar, and myriad webs of chunky, soapy lacing strewn across the walls of the glass.
Aromas of dew-soaked wheat and water cracker weave between fresh lime zest and a building dank lemon meringue note, soon softening to melon rind and white grapefruit over the back end.
Taste brings pineapple and clementine upfront, with a zesty lime twang guiding toward more citric orange peel over the mid-palate and light white grape juice along with white grapefruit into the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a body on the lighter side of medium with a fluffy, taut carbonation fading to a juicy hop twang over the mid-palate, with a semi-creamy consistency over the back end underscored by a lingering balance of mild hop acidity and smooth, slick resins into the finish.
Zesty and plush, an airy, tropical softness to the profile enables a delicately citric undertone to steadily dominate the texture of this NEIPA throughout; competently executed, though exponentially one-dimensional in character over time.

Picked-up a single can at Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury, Vermont for about five dollars. Canned on date of 1/22/22. My fifth brew from these guys. Fine beer, but unremarkable.
