First offering at the cool and hip Fifth Hammer Brewing Taproom. Golden color with a well retaining head. Slightly funky aroma, fruity with notes of pear, banana and lemon. Medium bodied, gently carbonated and with a wonderfully silky mouthfeel. Peppery, grassy, fruity, slightly lemony and dry. Superbly balanced and drinkable. Awesome example for the style.
