I'll tell ya man, I just love the pint can revival. The can artwork and quality of New England style ipa's within have been a constant source of inspiration for me, in my life.

Visually the "End of Days" theme on these Mason's cans is pretty rad. I'm a horror movie buff....so this kind of image just draws me in.

Hazy to opaque appearance with gold, straw and orange tones within the color of the liquid standard out as classic within the style. Sea foamy clumps of white froth covers the top. Lacy for sure. Big rings of lace stay stuck on my Ducel tulip glass throughout the duration.

Dry hopped, Ella Idaho7 and citra hops have become standard varieties in the New England IPA styles, usually giving off intense tropical/citrus fruity whiffs, pineapple, peppery oranges and earthy dried herbs seem to violate the nostrils in the best way possible. Silky malt aromatics of light grains and honey bring it all together.

A crispy clean but certainly not light body feels medium to full after the last gulp. Dry, earthy effects, like long and lush finish, juicy middle and peppery ending is pure classic NE style 2x IPA. Big, fresh and complex feeling and texture .

A super-clean,blightly golden malty tone shines through impressively. Grains of the field, dry earth and slightly honey sweet yields quickly to the show and intense earthy hop complexity. Dry earthy, herbal and bitter hop notes are evident upon the first sip. The citrus tang and bitterness rolls in with multiple layers. Tangy tropical fruits boof out : pineapple>citrus>dry earth>pine tree sap>medicinal herbals]> Chardonnay grapes all seem to be part of the house extensive hoppy based flavor complexity.

This one is no idea joke.

From the 12 fl. oz. can. Sampled on December 29, 2017.

The pour is a milky looking pale yellow-orange under a long lasting white foamy head. Maybe some sediment.

The aroma emits a big character of floral and spicy hops and a lower character of sweet white bread.

Medium to full body.

The taste has a semi-sweet malt note that is immediately usurped by the floral hop bitterness that fills up at the end. Enjoyable.

Golden, slightly hazy, fluffy cap of foam. Aroma is pungent citrus and resin. Flavors are super juicy with citrus and stone fruits. Not as much malt/breadiness as I enjoy most, but it's there - a faint biscuit in the background. Excellent hop profile makes this very tasty. Somewhat dry finish makes me take another sip, and repeat. Nice.

A- Every so slightly hazy golden yellow pour from the tallboy into a snifter. A one cm, thick puffy head shoots up and remains with good retention. Lacing is a mix of wide sheets and plentiful spots.

S- A well balanced, juicy aroma that spans the citrus, floral and stone fruit spectrum. Tangerine, apricot, peach, grapefruit, orange, melon, bubble gum and floral hops are downright pungent. All hops.

T- Follows up on the aroma with a similar build of juicy hops with tropical and stone fruit hops up front and floral, citrus and herbal notes beyond that. Mango, bubble gum, melon, tangerine, peach, apricot, pineapple and bitter ruby red grapefruit comes to mind. Just basal level of pale barley for the backdrop.

MF- Creamy and silky smooth body with a medium level of carbonation. Overall at a light-medium thickness and it ends with a soft citrus pith bitterness lingering. Ever so soft like a pillow.

Better beer and name than the Hipster dedicated one. Pungent and juicy hops bring a boat load of stone fruit, citrus, tropical and floral flavors.

Lemon, Grapefruit pith, melon, stone fruit and pine. Cracker malt profile. Very dry finish. Lighter bodied. Nice amount of bitterness, lower sweetness. Pretty good.
