Awesome bar, just do want to note that this is definitely deep in the tenderloin and the surrounding area is a bit intense so factor that into your travel plans to/from here.

Best beer bar in SF with clean lines and an excellent selection. Worth braving tenderloin to get here!

This is a great low key spot to go to if you like buying great vintage bottles. The list is usually updated on Beer Menus and because the owners of this bar also own a bottle shop near by, they have access to great bottles all the time.
The location is not in the best neighborhood but its changing quickly and because of its location, the patrons are diverse and interesting folks. The bar is great for going with friends but its also perfect if you just want to grab a beer and have a conversation with an interesting stranger or read a book in peace.
The owners are stellar people and the bar tender is knowledgable and helpful. The draft selection is always curated and there is always a variety of beers on tap. As with any of the great craft beer spots in SF, there is always a selection of local beers that are either not bottled or rarely distributed beyond their respective breweries.
Check this place out. It will be a different yet familiar experience and you won't leave disappointed.
