Once again a beer with no real review. I just don't understand why people can't write a little? Oh well. On tap at D&T in Houston.

A: Pours a dark ruby red, almost brown color. A one finger beige head forms with good retention and lace.
S: Tart and acidic up front. Lightly vinegary. Cherry tartness, that is a bit tanin like. Light wood. Beautifully tart, but simple. Lovely.
T: Again that tart, acidic vinegar flavor. Tart cherries and other dark fruits. Plums and figs. The tartness of the fruit and bugs are substantial and very welcoming with some wood/oak character.
M/D: A medium body. Though so incredibly crisp and effervescent. So clean and finishes perfectly dry. Just a beautiful beer to drink. I can't wait to get more.

An amazing Flanders style sour. This can easily be placed into at least three different styles. No bother with that however. Just another excellent MV beer that puts most everything from Jester King to shame.

A: Brown with thin head
S: Chocolate, lemon, tart cherry, lactic, caramel, strawberry
T: Medium sour, chocolate, cherry, caramel, lemon, acidic, lactic, oak, earthy Brett, vanilla
M: Light all around
O: Phenomenal integration of dark malts, fruit, earthy Brett and sour wild yeast. Very well done American oud bruin with the sour slightly kicked up

Holy sh**! This is brewed in Texas? Closest beer brewed in the US I've ever had to a real Oud Bruin. Wonderful.
