Pours out a hazy brass with no head. Smells largely of grain and lime. Lime and salt are the big flavors here. Lightly tart and a bit sweet. Grainy aftertaste. Mouthfeel is a tad flat and lightbodied. Overall, this is OK in the can. Way better on tap, but I'm rating this based on the can example. On tap it seemed to be drier, tarter, and saltier (all better in my opinion).

This is a more than year old can that I cracked in late July 2015. I poured it into a tulip glass.

Head was fizzy and abundant and required multiple pours. Golden body with expressive fizziness that just doesn't stop and allows a ring of lace to remain around the beer for ages. 4.25

I get a saison character from the smell, as in very floral and delicate. Sweetness and weave in and out and there is the lightest sprinkling of lemon. It's intriguing if not necessarily what I desire or expect in a gose. 3.5

Really hard to describe all the different flavors and experiences here. Sweet for a few seconds, then lightly tart, then soda-like and then a touch salty and dry on the finish. Swirling flavors of lime and malt mix with sweeter malts and floral notes. It's got a good medley of flavors but lacks the tartness and salt a bit much for me. T- 3.75 M- 3.75

It's enjoyable and light and highly drinkable, but doesn't quite deliver on all the gose characteristics. Also, I should mention this was part of #notadaygoseby .

A session strenght sour in a can? Yes please.

Pours medium yellow with a redish tinge. Soured fruit notes with no hoppiness in the nose. Taste is wonderful. Light sour with a bit of lime and spice to back it up. Finished pretty dry. High carbonation which is a bit different but works for it. Overall a great Saturday afternoon six pack.
