6/1/26 - (Dovetail Brewery) (Chicago, Illinois) Draft Notes: 16.9 oz draft pour (0.5 liters) into a Willi glass at the Brewery for $8.75 including tax. 4.8% ABV. Our Franconian-style house beer. Coolship hopped with Tettnang for our 10th Year.
Appearance: 0.5 liter pour into a willi beecher glass, yielding an orange bronze unfiltered base, egg white creamy generous egg white head leaving a creamy cover over the entire base, and thin soapy lacing throughout. 3.75
Aroma: Caramel, toffee, southern biscuit, medium plus strength, a bit higher in enjoyment. 4.0
Taste: Consistent with the aroma, caramel leads, toffee, biscuit. Digging 4.25
Mouthfeel: Faint gentle carbonation, creamy feeling medium plus body, leans slightly sweet but enough hops to keep balanced. Drinks slightly below the ABV. Caramel from start to finish. 4.5
