Cannned 10/26/17
Rated 03/20/18

A bit past prime I presume

Look is a bit cloudy for a pils. Straw yellow, with a white head that dissipates rapidly to to white film
Smells of biscuits and wort
The biscuit and wort persist in the taste. Mild hops. Still pretty good.
Nice carbonation and dry finish
Overall pretty good. My home pils is Suarez Palatine Pils so hard to beat

16oz tallboy, sample from the brewery.

Beautiful froth on this brew, clear and showy with a good amount of bubbles racing through the pale colored brew. Herbal and spicy hop nose, some bread ... very clean. Crisp and clean, bitter and herbal. Grassy with lots of hop flavor, bready, spicy hop bite. A pretty aggressive Pils, easy to drink but there is a lot going on here and perhaps slightly bigger than what you'll be used to in a Pils. Regardless, very enjoyable to knock back.

Pouring a cellar temp can into my snifter. The beer pours a bright golden rod color with a fizzy bleached white head of 2 cm that fades rapidly after the pour. Several streams of carbonation rise to the surface of my glass but do not produce any more foam on the beer. The aroma is some biscuity and bready malt but mostly spicy hops and a bit of grass mixed in for a fairly complex nose. Not robust but interesting aroma.
First sip reveals an average body with crisp texture and fine tingly carbonation that tickles across my palate. Easy drinking physical traits with crispness that makes it a great summer beer.
Flavor is a bit of bready malt and then rolls to spicy hops with some grassy notes and a definite lingering bite on the swallow. Kind of bitter vegetal note, with no hint of the alcohol. Makes for a pretty tasty brew that is easy to drink and interesting. A good example of the style.

16oz can. Pours a clear light golden color with a small head that disappears quickly. Very little lacing. The aroma is grassy hops, hay, cereal and honey. The taste is just like the aroma. Pilsner malt, hay, grassy hops, honey and lightly toasted malts. Honey and bread at the end. Slightly floral finish. Light and crisp. A solid Pils I'd buy every so often.

16 oz Can. Pilsner Glass. 15 days fresh.

A: Pours a clear straw yellow. One finger of white foamy head. Moderate amount of carbonation. Okay retention with no lacing.

S: Grains. Malt. Fruits. Grass. Smell like a Pilsner.

T/M: Bitter dry hops with a hint of fruits. Solid malts. A little spice with some grains and such. Crisp with a nice carbonation tingle. The finish is dry with a little linger of bitterness. Great drinkability.

O: An above average Pilsner. Nice hop flavors. Easy to drink. Try it.

Cheers!!

Poured a semi cloudy golden color with a two finger head in a Pilsner glass.

Mild aroma of fruit and malt.

Excellent taste which broadens with warming. Lots of fruit, more than other Pilsners I have tasted recently.

Dry, crisp, more sharp bitterness, more than in other Pilsners I have tasted.
I like the accentuated fruit and bitterness in this beer. Best warmer: 45°+.

A: crystal clear; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap; little lacing;

S: not very aromatic; what's there is bread and grass with a little spice;

T: bready for a moment, then floral; mild bitterness on the finish;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; dry finish;

O: well done; easy drinking; makes you want to come back for another sip;
