Another nice beer from fat orange cat. I would not have thought simcoe until after having read this beer contains it and now I can taste that signature, simcoe, slightly dirty, earthy, bitter on the finish. Which actually provides some interest after a relatively juice-laden Citra experience.

First brew i have had from this brewer. Looks great on the pour, Cloudy, light orange hue and big, thick fluffy head with lace curtains that last. Nose is tropical fruits and galaxy, simcoe and citra hops. Taste follows, sweet start, hoppy middle and crisp finish. A very good NEIPA! Right there with the best ones I have had.

Can from the Packie.
Hazy deep lemon in color with a decent sized bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Citrus tropical fruit and rind with bits of pine and resin and a sweet bready maltiness.

New England style IPA's are all pretty drinkable, and pretty similar. The tough part is making a brew that distinguishes itself from all the others. While this is a well made brew, it is pretty similar to all the rest.
This one is somewhat prettier than most - with lots of heavy lacing and nice fizz. The aroma is less funky than some of the style but still carries that distinctive Citra stink. The taste is cut nicely by the darker tasting Simcoe, and my sample is a well over a month old, so it is starting to sweeten a bit. The aftertaste is clean enough to have with food.
Recommended, barely. I expect more from a $4 can of beer.

16oz canned 12/7, poured into an IPA nonic.
A: Pours like hazy lemonade; bright straw-colored, with a creamy white head that laces well.
S&T: Strong juicy and tropical aromas of Galaxy and Citra; mango, guava juice, pineapple, and peach/stone fruit. The taste follows the nose.
MF&O: Fluffy and creamy mouthfeel for this one, with light bitterness; definitely leans into the juicy haze bomb category. A delicious NEIPA.

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a finger sticky white head, that leaves thick streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma is guava, tangerine, pineapple, honeydew, apricot, and grapefruit rind. 4
Taste follows guava, pineapple, tangerine, honeydew, apricot, and some pink grapefruit in the balanced finish. 4
Mouthfeel is bigger than average, soft gentle carbonation, not dry or sticky, maybe a little gritty, and at 7.5% it may drink a little bigger, but goes down plenty easy. 4.25
Overall I haven’t had anything else from this brewery and I would say this is a very nice first impression. I would recommend this one for sure. 4

Look...Hazy yeller, white ample head
Smell...faint nice hop citrus smell
Taste...Better than the two other tries at FOC. Somewhat generic citrus up front with a melon middle, bitter finish
Feel...thin but juicy and not pulpy for 7.5%. Thin amount of lacing in glass.
Overall...This is well made(i think) i mean their are no floaties or anything like that. Too catty on the back(HAHA) end for me and not bad by any means. The jury is still out for me on FOC but have to try others because they are compelling . I believe i will find the right variant with these guys cause damn yo these dudes been pumping this stuff around here.

16 ouncer with 11/28/20 stamped on the bottom...
Fully hazed up NEIPA looking pour, leaves nice looking fine sheeting and bits/strands of lace all over the glass.
Soft and ripe melon on the sniff.
Tasty and well crafted brew, more ripe melon/pineapple/mango/kiwi/vanill and a honey back note all on the palate...delicious and super smooth as it passes through the mouth...mighty fine...go get some
