Pale yellow with a fluffy white head, a small nip of bitterness on the front that mellows out to a playful medley of passionfruit, citrus and peaches. It has a full mouthfeel yet it’s gentle enough on the palette that you’ll want to snuggle all evening on the couch with it.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of sweet grapefruit. Taste is sweet grapefuit. Smooth and creamy with a slightly bitter finish.

ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours pale yellow and turbid. It is topped with a few inches of off-white head that leaves decent lacing.

Sweet and citrus aroma

Sweet initial flavor with some citrus. Not particularly a flavorful beer.

Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel

It was alright. Nothing that made it stand out among the billions upon billions of hazy IPAs out there.

love how dry this is, how soft and fluffy feeling, how its not green or harsh or forced at all, and how it still carries some bitterness, real solid and worthy of its high ratings. whitewashed pale orange and real hazy in the glass, a thin layer of sediment has settled to the bottom of the can but the beer looks uniform in the glass, gorgeous rocky white head with great retention, lots of carbonation. the hops smell awesome, a pineapple sort of mosaic front end, a new zealand melon and kiwi fruit note too, white currant, fresh apricot, springtime flowers, and a neat wet minerality, id love to know what the hops are in this, its distinctive, not too in your face, and balanced well by the starchy malt and by a subtle but persistent yeast note, i love the balance. lemon candy but not sweet if that makes sense, somewhat herbal, the faintest oxidation, perhaps some raw wheat, lime, honeysuckle, juicy stone fruit, white tea. smooth and creamy and airy, just bitter enough, delicious. an impressive ipa here, modern and distinctive, great hop complexion. i still havent had enough beer from these guys, but this one bangs...

S: light, citrus notes with dank undertones.
T: grapefruit peel taste; slightly earthy, but juicy and filling.
M: full bodied and smooth.
O: nice feel and taste combo; solid IPa.

Was surprised to see this beer from a CT brewery.

Pours a hazy pale yellow that seems to glow with an inner light. A three-finger white head dissipates quickly.

From a 6-month old can, the aroma and taste seems a bit muted to my novice senses.

Aromas of grapefruit, orange, pineapple, and maybe a bit of mango.

The taste is underwhelming with the same fruit notes as present in the aroma along with some pine and slight hop bitterness.

Nice carb and a smooth, full feel.

It seems a bit harsh to judge this based on an old can. I imagine everything would be brighter and more pronounced when fresh.

Hazy pale yellow appearance with a loose white head, ok retention and lacing. Bitter, citrusy, grapefruit, star fruit, pineapple. Medium to full body, lively mouthfeel, creamy finish.

The best things about this hazy IPA are it’s feel and the subtle pine notes in the taste. I had this beer on draft and the carbonation is very active, just enough to be noticed, not overly so. It works nicely with the hazy texture of the beer. The subtle West Coast character of pine is also something that sets this offering apart from other hazy IPAs.

16oz, canned on July 21st 2023.

On the pour, 2 fingers of head with some nice damage on top of a very hazy golden straw body. The head is fluffy and has some real good retention.

Aroma is fresh bright a bit juicy and overall what you'd expect. There is a slight yeasty dough thing going on as well. Decent but not the cleanest.

Flavor is actually very nice. There is a slight bitterness, but there is also a very lightly sweet juicy flavors that is quite present. The hops transition to a slightly resinous and floral flavor in the finish. Throughout there is a very solid bready to crackery and sweet malt holding everything up.

The feel on this is actually quite crisp and dry despite the solid malt presence. The finish is quite full and long but, this beer is very smooth and refreshing.

Overall this is a good beer, and a pretty legit NEIPA that retains some bitterness, but also brings the juicy flavors. I don't usually pick up NEIPAs but this was quite enjoyable.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.

Over sized, and over booming off white head that fills nearly three quarters of the glass with an egg whipped like foam. Settles down at least but still takes over much of the glass with thick retention and a creamy top. Turbid body of custard yellow, sitting still and even a bit pale light hued looking as well.

Very nice aroma. Beaming bright hop fruit, mixing light tropical and citrus notes, with a very nice candied like pineapple like character. Hints also some dank earthy tones in the background managing to provide some touch of complexity as well. Quite appealing IPA so far on the nose.

Palate seems to be hindered by a sup bar mouthfeel. Surprisingly wet, but still manages to give some sense of flavor in a nearly bodyless beer. Light pineapple and even some washed out cream sweetness seems to be apparent at first. Slightly soda pop like orange finish which is actually kind of fun and unexpected, but leaves little sense of malt backbone to push the hops long. Light mineral touches seem noticeable, but comes out more juiced soda than brew.

Fairly refreshing and almost radler like in flavor, but doesn't have the depth or backbone for just an impressive IPA. Does manage to be easily drinkable and tolerable at least.

Pretty good IPA. Quite strong citrus grapefruit aroma and flavor but does seem to have a little carbonation taste. Prefer a smoother and sweeter IPA but I’d recommend as an enjoyable summer ale.
