I wanted to like this more than I did, since I was happy to discover Sufferfest is another crafted-to-remove-gluten brewery. The hops were subtle with a little bit of pine and citrus. Quite drinkable for being over 7% ABV. But the flavor could have been richer. For future Sufferfest choices I will probably go with their FKT (Fastest Known Time) Pale Ale.

i mean, it literally just 'lays there' . . . . over-sweet maltiness to the point of citrusiness.... but then, i'm freakin' handicapped sloth so what would i know? this brew is obviously for people who still have all their athletic prowess and endowments... i guess it's alright, but seems a little amateurish.....

Clear, Amber-Yellow, Solid blanket of foam, Generous pretty lacing; Roasted barley, Sweet grain, Green Herbs, Sweet Alcohol; Overripe lemon, grapefruit, bitter grass, bitter mint, roasted barley, robust grainy malty cereal sweet finish, solid bitterness mingling with sweetness; Textured, rich, full mouthfeel, crisp middle with sticky slightly cloying finish. Solid West Coast Style IPA that after the two hour bike ride was a little bitter and rich but refreshing nonetheless.

One of the easiest drinking IPA's over 7% abv. There is definitely a piney aroma and really well balanced taste. It is pretty low on the IBU's with translates to super drinkable. This is not an IPA for hopheads, but for those who want to enjoy a great IPA without coating your palate with bitterness.

Plentiful foam on the hazy amber brew. Pleasant aroma of fermenting pineapple. Sudsy mouthfeel with lots of malt. Fairly sweet.

Quite fruity flavor with a distinct woody finish with every sip. Pineapple and mango taste. Bitter, murky aftertaste with that asringency. However, the fruit is quite tasty and the rest of it will satisfy the hop slave. From the 16 oz can purchased at Healthy Spirits.
