Brewed with copious amounts of Australian Galaxy hops and flaked oats. Hazy AF with tons of peach, pineapple and orange.

Sadly, after I bought this and got it home, I noticed the date on the bottom, which said, 09JAN23, which sucked, because today is 05JAN24. So this has been sitting somewhere for at least a year... Not the brewer's fault, I suppose.

Draft at Holy Hound York PA. Pours a very hazy light gold with a persistent off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is slightly sweet citrus, mango, pineapple, and maybe a hint of banana. Mouthfeel is soft and pillow-y. Finish is soft and somewhat sweet, fading to a light citrus. Overall, a very enjoyable NEIPA. I'm impressed.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 9/14/22, so a month old.

Looks very good. Standard hazy dull orange juice colored body. Bright white head persists in good form throughout leaving gobs of foamy lacing.

Mixed fruit aroma, restrained.

On tasting, hoppy, fruity, warming. A little sharp.

Mouth closer to full than medium, finish lightly dank.

Overall, good interpretation of the style, goes down very easy.

$4.25 @ Wegmans, Collegeville, PA

Notes via stream of consciousness: A cloudy golden body is capped by a tumb's width of white foam that seems to be holding well. The aroma suggests strong passion fruit. There's some lightly sweetish malt as well, and some non-specific citrus that's not specifically any fruit but more of a combination of grapefruit, orange, and lemon. A light waft of peach is there as well. On to the flavor... I'm not getting as much passion fruit, although it's still there, and I'm getting more peach or nectarine. The citrus remains very much the same, as an amalgomation of various citrus fruits, and I'm going to suggest adding some Yuzu to the mix. In fact, now that I think about it, it might taste more like Yuzu than anything else. The malt is lightly sweetish, grainy, and lightly oat-like. A stiff bitterness runs through it, and along with a light bit of acidity and a touch of "hop bite" it finishes dry in the end. Citrus lingers. In the mouth it's medium-light in body and crisp. The head held up just OK but it's also left walls of broken lace about the glass. It's an interesting, brightly fruity, and higly quaffable beer that's probably a little bit dangerous at 7% ABV ~ be careful if you've got a 4 pack of these sitting in front of you.

Pours a pale hazy golden yellow with finger plus of slightly off white tight bubbly head.
Nose hits with pungent over ripe citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple, mango on a base of pale malt aroma.
Sweet pale malt on the palate with tropical fruit, pineapple, hint of melon and a dank bitter kick - notes of grapefruit, grapefruit peel - pushing toward hop burn but nicely avoiding.
Medium mouthfeel with tingling carbonation - sharp crisp bitterness at the finish.

Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus/stone fruit hops, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and peach. Taste is an excellent balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly grassy hops, with tropical, citrus, stone fruit and berry notes of passion fruit, pineapple, grapefruit, peach and gooseberry. Finishes with a light bitterness and some passion fruit, grapefruit and peach lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.

This is still great at three and a half months old, with the hops perhaps feeling a little faded, but still standing out strong and well-defined, with a surprising range for a beer single-hopped with Galaxy. There is that typical, defining note of passion fruit, but also citrus, stone fruit and even hints of berries. I've had a few single-hopped Galaxy NEIPAs, but never anything quite like this, would have loved to taste it fresh, although it still is very enjoyable. Great body and mouthfeel as well, just a great example of the style, while I really love the name and label as well. Did you know that wombats poop cubes? Now you do!

Opaque hazy, very pale staw color, fluffy white head, slightly lacy; Rich flavor, but not particularly distinctive Nicely carbonated, good mouthfeel; The appearance is strikingly unusual.

A best of Thin Man, on tap at Godspeed. Creamy decent drinker, on the style, but I still prefer the best of Canadian to it.
