Notes:
This beer uses a proprietary English yeast strain and is completely unfined and unfiltered. Tons of apricot, peach and pineapple hop flavors from the use of Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra hops.

Yojo? Yolo? I have no idea what this refers to but I did have an idea that this would remind me of beers back at home, when I picked this up at a Whole Foods in San Francisco not too long ago. Love my IPA's from New England and this was good enough to remind me of those as it was plenty hazy, juicy, and easy on the palate from start to finish!
Hazy and golden, this was topped off with plenty of thick head that settled relatively quickly and evenly. Only a thin hint of a ring of lacing was left behind as I worked my way through this as I was expecting a bit more suds once the roam settled down. Lots of muted mango, guava, papaya, and pineapple in the nose as the taste was equally tropical, dank, and somewhat sticky. A bit of deep citrus pith and stone fruit aftertaste rounded out the flavor profile as some lime and jack fruit kept this heavy with the carbonation being a bit lighter than I would have liked.
A bit of sediment had to be swirled out of the bottom of my glass, but this was dated 7/27 on the bottom of the can. Below that was written "YOU ONLY JUICE ONCE" as I loved the Bond reference! This was good enough to be on par with stuff in these parts as it was a welcome change from what's normally offered on the left coast. Nice first impression from Moonraker here!

Very cloudy, dark straw color, mildly fluffy head and lacing. Scents of lime, pineapple, peach, and orange. Taste is zesty and fruity. Peach, pineapple, orange, lime flavors. Lighter to medium bodied. Mild booze presence. Slightly dry finish, crisp. Tasty, not a typical NEIPA.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime, lychee and peach are present in the nose along with hints of herbs.
T: The taste follows the smell and has stronger flavors of lime citrus and herbs. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this New England style IPA to be enjoyable because it had a variety of different aromas and flavors in the smell and taste.

The Yojo poured a hazy yellow with a quick dissipating foam head. The taste and aroma was pineapple, apricot and lush. Feel was soft on the mouth. A really good new england ipa.

Super thick-looking OJ color, almost like mango juice, with a finger of near-white head. Modest retention gives way to thin sheets of lacing.
Grass shows most for me in the fairly restrained aroma.
A little orange juice, mango, cream, pine needle and Juicy Fruit bubblegum up front in the taste quickly meld into light citrus pith-and-grass bitterness in the finish.
Thick feel with sharp carbonation.
Very solid NEIPA with nice mix of juicy sweetness and dull, grassy bitterness, making it very drinkable.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, juicy citrus, a touch of pine, faint hint of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of big tropical fruit and citrus, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lemon lime, orange, peach, apricot, and a hint of blueberry, a little pine, a touch of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Really glad I was finally able to track this one down. Well balanced, great use of a fantastic hop combo, still not sure how they coaxed that much pineapple out. Easy to see why it's a flagship beer from a great brewery.

Hazy yellow body with a white head. Huge fruity head with pineapple, apricot, lemon, papaya, grapefruit and mango. Herbal hops on the finish accent in a way that does not diminish the fruit aromas in any way. Taste follows the nose with additions of peach, orange peel, and some dankness to the hops. Feel is bright, very fresh, decently juicy and crisp with a refreshing tropical vibe with hops that uplift the body. Just an all around wonderful NEIPA

Pours a hazy dark yellow with fine, soft head.
Smell is juicy with notes of pineapple, orange juice and peach puree.
Taste is juicy and hoppy with notes of citrus, peaches and pineapple. Mild bitterness, and very crisp and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very good, refreshing IPA, without the sweetness many NE IPAs have.

Canned 1/2/19, consumed 1/28/19
Poured hazy & lightly cloudy bright yellow straw color, small head, decent retention, and a little bit of spotty lacing.
Bright blast of tropical, stone, and citrus fruits for the aroma and taste. Really a juicy focus; just a little bit of the floral/herbal/grassy hop notes to complement.
Feel is smooth, soft, and easy. Good carbonation and low bitterness. A bit lighter body for a 7% IPA.
Overall, a standout. Easy to see why this is Moonraker's main single hazy. Easily recommended.

From the looks of it, I think I have deciphered that it was canned 10/20/18.
L: Ahh, my favorite NEIPA color. The beer pours out a vibrant yellow color. It is hazy in appearance but by no means murky. Little head formation with minimal glass lacing. The look is appealing to me simply based off the color alone.
S: Pineapple is the first fruit that comes to mind when I smell the beer. Next, I think of oranges and apricots. There is a grassiness to the beer which to my best guess represents the hops profile.
T: I haven't tried many beers, but the flavor ranks amongst the best in the single NEIPA category. Full of fruit flavor with a hoppy bitter finish. The fruit flavors are mango, orange, pineapple and apricot. The finish is piney with moderate bitterness, at least for a NEIPA. The aftertaste lingers of citrus and hoppy goodness.
F: Light in body and somewhat medium in weight. Carbonation is moderate to high, but done appropriately so. It isn't full nor pillowy, but it makes for an easy drinking offering.
O: This might be my favorite offering from Moonraker that I have tried. I am an avid fan of single IPAs, mostly due to the lower alcohol content. This beer is so loaded with flavor it is unbelievable. I might even slightly prefer it to the double version Dojo. Anyways, this is an amazing beer that I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Wow! A wonderful, gold-standard of hazy IPAs! I had this on tap at Moonraker Brewing Co. in Auburn. I was really impressed with this IPA...it has a great nose with wonderful depth for a single IPA. Whiffs of tropical-hoppyness! An extremely smooth taste of pineapple-hops with a citrus/grapefruit finish that hits you with some IBUs. Moonraker does it again!

I find this beer more ripe than the day is long. Wake up and want it. I dream. Dream and believe. I can for as long as I can see. Believe, drink... Drink, believe... I take another sip, can I last in reality? Is reality more real than me? I drink. I believe. Yes, I believe.

Thanks, Chris!
A hazy orange witha dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is a riot of juice and hops, a blend of tropical peaches, grapes, a little passionfruit, honeydew melon and a touch of mango and papaya. Unlike other hazy IPAs, this one is clean - the hops are focused, bright and for a change, not vegetal. The palate opens with a clean and bright juiciness, mildly sweet with peach, passionfruit, Meyer lemon and caracara oranges. Green grapes, peaches, a little papaya are also present. A faint honey note along with a moderately creamy palate make for a great beer. I can't stress how clean this is - for the first time, i feel that haze actually adds to the beer in a positive way. Finishing fruity with kiwi notes, this beer is medium-light in body and mildly bitter. Quite exceptional.
