BBE 2-07. White head and clouwdy deep golden beer fainted bit by the beige yeast. Nose shows some bananna but missing wheatcarracter. Probably some there but less noticable then in most others. Bit of citrussy there but IMO bit pale overall in nose. Made up by full taste followed by nice bitterness. Less dry then most examples and overall certainly one stepping out of line. Creativ brew though and full but well balanced mouthfeel. Low carbonisation for a weisse but fitting the brew and well drinkable IMO.

Light opalescent yellow, pale. Huge head, but not too compact.
Smell: bread crust, light, a bit of banana, yeast. Onest. Cloves.
At the taste is quite phenolic, with a lot of bread crust, and again, few banana. Vry drinkable, pleasant.
Light aftertaste, quite dry and phenolic.
Pleasant.
