Eagle Stout came served in a pint glass, it had a very dark, almost black color with a tan colored head. The aroma is nice and is rich in chocolate and roast aromas. The flavor is very nice, chocolate and roast flavors are present but so is a nice citrus hop flavor that balances the malt nicely. Quite tasty.

Tried on-tap at the brewery. Pours a dark black color with a light tan head. The aroma is dark roasted malts, with roasted coffee and hops. The taste is dark and roasty with dark bitter chocolate, coffee and a good hoppy bite in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth. Overall, Orlando Brewing Eagle Stout is a solid stout that is worth a try.

The beer was served on-tap at the Orlando Brewing tasting room, and served in a pint glass. The beer pours a very dark brown, with ruby highlights and a thick, chunky, foamy, chocolate colored head. The head slowly settles as you drink. The smells are bittersweet, with dark chocolate and molasses characteristics, with a slight boozing. The flavor is rich dark coffee with slight dark chocolate highlights. Smooth and dry bodied, keeping the beer light. The aftertaste is a coffee bitter and roast, with a slight astringency, making for a dry and slightly lingering finish.

A nice black body with a rocky, tan head that leaves lace patched everywhere. A minor malt smell, picked up some roasted malt notes. Simple and smooth, slightly creamy, decent malt taste with a silky backbite for this medium-bodied beer. Rather simple stout, but it is a good stout one can sit back and enjoy.

The aroma is very weak for a stout. It's got toast, nuts, coffee, hops, and malt but not enough. The appearance is medium brown with an average head. The taste is like the aroma and astringently bitter. The palate is way to thin for the style. Overall this is a weak stout that doesn't satisfy. It's watery.
