Notes: Here to rescue Cushwa beer drinkers from their need for a beer that is low in ABV and high in drinkability is Kölschman. Brewed traditionally to the German style, this beer pours straw yellow in color, with a bright clearness to it. The flavor is crisp and refined, while also still being balanced out with enough German hop characteristics and bitterness to leave you wanting more sips.

Bright yellow gold clear body with a white cap that settles into a collar quickly. Lemon slices, floral hops, german yeast in the standard nose. Taste starts the same but then nutty hop flavors on the finish just ruin what this had going, not proper or tasty with this being the last note. Feel is thinner for style, but malty and then overly hopped with the yeast being cut into the most.

Kolsh Glass
Look: Clear straw yellow, pouring a fluffy 2 finger head, slowly dissipated into a moderate cap
Smell: Lemon zest brightness, doughy malt, and light hops
Taste: initial malt fades to lemon zest. The tail end hits with the hops bitterness. After taste is nice, containing a note tasting like slightly toasted whole wheat bread
Feel: moderate mouthfeel with a semi-crisp, clean finish
Overall: This is a good kolsh. I would definitely drink it if offered
