5oz pour at Cushwa. Bright golden pour, light haze, with a creamy foam head. Dry, grainy aroma, crackers. Taste is grainy, biscuity, bready and finishes dry.

Someone cloudy golden body with a sudsy white head. Bready grains, flowers, big grass, lemon, slight pear, and buttery malt comprise both the smell and taste. The malt holds this one back being sweeter. Feel does well to have the complex yeast of the style with a good back bone from the malts and light finishing hops.

Decent white head; minimal lace.
Tart lemon, guava & soft wheat notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Tart guava, soft wheat & faint barnyard funk flavors.
Pleasant rustic tartness. Nice!
