Dark as a stout should be with a tan head. Nose is chocolate with a head that stays frothy for quite a while. Taste is for lack of a better description is YooHoo, in a good way! Not much caliente that I could tell, just ever so slightly.

This is a horrible idea. Beer seems like it has a good stout look and flavor, but the cayenne pepper ruins this. Just terrible

On tap at Pi Pizza, served in a shaker pint. Inky, deep, brown with frothy, bubbly head of dark tan foam. Sweet, warm aroma of roasted malt, molasses and cinnamon. Rich, sweet and roasted malt flavor with warm spices and cayenne heat builds after each sip. Medium body and carbonation, smooth without becoming sticky. Roasted coffee notes, sweet and spice remind of café de olla.
