Our latest Triple Dry Hopped West Coast IPA hopped with Freestyle Southern Cross, Nelson CGX, Mosaic Cryo, Freestyle Nelson, Nectaron, Mosaic and Freestyle Peacharine. Tasting notes of Watermelon, Strawberry, Blueberry, Tangerine and Fruit Stripe Gum. This is most assuredly the perfect beer to quench your thirst after a long adventure in the Outback.

Notes. Had at Controlled Chaos festival @ Bjurly Oak / Nov 2022
Nicely made IPA showcasing New Zealand hops. I love Nelson and was easy to enjoy in this TDH brew.
It was a bit thin for me. Would enjoy a bigger malt base or perhaps some oats etc to build it up a bit.
But considering other reviews the brew “as is” seems just fine to others.
Overall a very nice if thin NZIPA.

I’ve lived in and visited so much of the US and for years I’ve been chasing the best IPAs because for about a decade I loved the flavor… NZ-Fu is easily top 10, probably top 5. And that’s saying a lot!

Sweet tropical hoppy, hint of stonefruit, white wine grape, and mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a well-balanced, tropical hoppy, orange-grapefruit citrus, and piney-dank bitter finish. Wow! I mean...this is everything I want a westie to be! Fantastic hop profile, a clean and balanced bitter bite, and so flavorful. This is outstanding!!!
