We brewed this beer a a few times in our Tunbridge brewery before starting to do bigger batches. Now this beer is made in Stowe, VT at Von Trapp Brewery. It's aggressively hopped in the whirlpool and post fermentation with six hop varieties, making it juicy and flavorful, but not too bitter. The malt bill contains a blend of German and English base malts, Munich, oats, and wheat, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel and nice flavor. Drink Responsibly!

Out of a 16oz can with friends. No comment on look / head/ lacing. Light, easy drinking for a Double IPA. Floral notes. Light body, little malt Prescence, slight hop bitterness. moderate carbonation. Non- craft beer fans enjoyed this. Overall an easy drinking beer that toes the line nicely between interesting enough and easily forgettable.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.

Beaming rich orange amber body color, with near clarity showing reams of fine rising carbonation. Off white head, forming a solid easy three to four fingers with nice control and staying power.

Floral sensing hop aroma, with a tiny bit of caramel crispy sugar malt sneaking in. Soft body like sensing, with subtleness and hints of soft earth and herbs. Light yet perfume like sensing with a faint pine bitterness also.

Fantastic palate. Juiced wonderful touches of rich orange, with a creamy matching malt caramel and even vanilla like popsicle quality that hits wonderfuly. Finishes with leafy herb and pine soft bitterness that lingers and slowly builds on the finish. That texture really holds and builds, keeping creamy sensations and just enhancing the sweetness just so nicely.

Real solid impressive Imperial IPA.

From a 16 oz. can dated 02/15/2023. Sampled June 23, 2023 so its on the cusp of being too old.

The appearance is a milky, murky, hazy, amber color under a tremendous, lingering white head. It laces as it fades.

The aroma comes across as stale with a notable white bread crust character and dank hops rather than fruity as others have suggested.

Nearly full mouthfeel. That deserves some credit.

The taste is sweet, bready and dank through and through. No booze. No lingering finish. It was just too old to be effective in my view.

Pours a darker shade of orange, almost with a brownish tint. Head was the typical white with decent lacing. Nose is piney with a slight malt hint. Taste is very piney/citrus. Nice amount of bitterness on the backbend, but not overwhelming.

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can Has a hazy, dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Taste is mango, pineapple, oranges. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall I was expecting more from this beer.
