16oz can with no visible dating. Opened 5-14-22.
4 finger head that surpasses the glass' capacity. Long retention and thick, clingy lacing. 3rd can of 4 and all have been way carbonated. Orange-gold body and opaque. Bitter orange peel and a yeast perfume. Big, ripe orange/grapefruit - one dimensional but a big hitter with the flavor. Medium body and medium plus carbonation, big pop of bitterness washes over the tongue and lingers in a fairly dry finish. Very Good.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a murky amber with a substantial off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is juicy grapefruit, pineapple and mango, with a nice caramel presence. Mouthfeel is medium and sticky. Finish is caramel fading to a slight bitterness. Overall, an excellent DIPA. My first beer from this brewery - hopefully I can find some of their other offerings!

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a good-sized, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace. It smelled of pineapple, grapefruit, orange and sweet caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste of grapefruit and orange with a toasted caramel backbone & bitter bite.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. it poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface after it died down along with a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: Moderately strong flavors of gooseberries are present in the taste along with notes of limes. The hops also contribute a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: In some aspects, this beer tastes like a hybrid between an American Imperial IPA and a New England IPA. It does a good job at hiding any traces of alcohol from the taste.

Small pour. Very cloudy yellow color with a thin foamy head with decent retention and good lacing. Big aroma. Pineapple citrus, mild tropical fruit and piney. Pungent taste. A lot of pineapple, malty sweetness and mild resin. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
On 7/29/22, there is less pineapple with more earthy dankness and a stronger piney resin.

Draft pour to snifter, super hazy yellow, small head with little retention and lacing. Nose of orange zest, lime citrus. Taste is orange juice, almost no bitterness. A perfect NEIPA.

A: hazy matte orange/yellow color with a 3 finger frothy white head
S: sticky sweet mango and grapefruit. Pineapple and pine behind that. Dark dank strawberries and candi sugar follow. Juicy apricot and an earthy muskiness. Huge doughy malt character and a sweet herbal not to finish the aroma
T: very interesting flavor. Over-ripe mango, pear, and strawberries. Sweet earthy herbal notes behind that. More ripe apricot, and candi apricots. Dried mango and sweet grapefruit with a huge doughy note close this out. Flavor is all sweet
M: slightly fluffy, medium mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Sticky sweet
O: interesting DIPA. It’s complete sweetness with no bitterness. It’s like drinking over-ripe fruit juice. Very sweet. Not necessarily bad, just sweet from the hops. I didn’t feel the malt sweetness was too present

Evenly colored hazy body, peach-like; thick, frothy and creamy white head; sticky fingers and rings of lacing. Excellent citrus aroma, primarily orange but also notes of grapefruit. Well-balanced tart and sweet flavors; like the aroma, the flavors blending orange and grapefruit fruit and pith with some notes of biscuit and cracker malt; bitter. Heavy body; thick with some dull residual sugar feel; semi-sweet mouthfeel throughout.
This beer is nicely balanced and complex, highlighting its citra hops character yet also bringing some nice grain notes, too.

Pours a cloudy golden color with orange hues, a pretty well retained one inch white head that left blotchy lacing. Smells of citrus fruits, tropical fruits and some floral notes. Tastes of sweet pink grapefruit, a hint of grapefruit rind, tangerine, apricot, pine and slightly sweet bready malts. Medium bodied and carbonation, light to moderate bitterness, lingering dry finish and mouth feel.

Look is a hazy light gold and poured with a finger of white head.
Aroma is grapefruit, tropical fruit and maybe a hint of floral.
Taste sweet grapefruit upfront, some soft tropical fruit and a slight kiss of alcohol on the backend.
Feel is soft and smooth.
Overall a very nice IPA and really showcases sweet almost overripe fruit. I'm enjoying this one.

A golden orange brew with a slight tan froth. Smells of light fruits, florals and faint perfume. Taste is complex and satisfying with orange, green apple and a lingering faint floral bitterness before some grapefruit to finish it off. As light as a DIPA gets. A slight alcohol burn exists.
Rarely does balance and flavor mix this well, but we know where this beer came from, and we know a lot of thought was put into it, so it's no real surprise that it's a damn good endeavor.
