After a second tasting bumping up the aroma

Pours an effervescent gold with 2 fingers of ivory colored head. Above average head retention & lacing

S: Some citrus notes

T: Tangerine, cattyness, dryness & grassyness & dryness up front. A little breadyness as this warms, tangerine & more cattyness & a little bit of woody hops, some grapefruit as this warms. Finishes with woody hops, pine & grassyness , plus dryness & grapefruit

MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, nice balance

Pretty dank, fairly easy to drink, but didn't quite pull together, better DIPAs out there for far less dinero

A golden orange brew with a slight tan froth. Smells of light fruits, florals and faint perfume. Taste is complex and satisfying with orange, green apple and a lingering faint floral bitterness before some grapefruit to finish it off. As light as a DIPA gets. A slight alcohol burn exists.

Rarely does balance and flavor mix this well, but we know where this beer came from, and we know a lot of thought was put into it, so it's no real surprise that it's a damn good endeavor.

Pale amber and cloudy. Minimal head and significant lacing.

Nose is strong pine, a mix of citrus and tropical fruit, and sweet malt.

Taste is sweet malt, minor citrus, hops, and pine.

Mouthful is medium and a little thin on the back end. Carbonation is average. Finish is dry.

Drinkable and hoppy. A bit unbalanced and could be a bit more fruit forward. Maybe more of a west coast IPA...That being said, I would check it out.

Look is a hazy light gold and poured with a finger of white head.

Aroma is grapefruit, tropical fruit and maybe a hint of floral.

Taste sweet grapefruit upfront, some soft tropical fruit and a slight kiss of alcohol on the backend.

Feel is soft and smooth.

Overall a very nice IPA and really showcases sweet almost overripe fruit. I'm enjoying this one.
