Best saison I’ve ever had. Excellent all around, and I wish I could have bought more. Crisp and clean.

What a beautiful beer. Bready, fruity, tons of pepper, nice funk. Hoppy for a saison, but that's what makes it special. What more could you ask for.

Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy, pale golden body with nice lacing. Nose of Belgian yeast, pepper, and a slight floral-fruit-funk. Tastes of spice and slight fruit and oh so refreshing. Very nice feel and overall a great beer! Brewed with Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and fermented with Baston yeast.

Enjoyed from the can.
Color, per John's video is a nice bright straw color with slight haze and generous bubbly head.
Aromas are a lot of yeast, yellow grapes, champagne.
Flavors are spot on, yeasty, slightly mellow hops, not spicy but very bright flavor.
Mouthfeel is crisp and clean.
Overall, for a saison there is nothing off here and this is quite an enjoyable beer.

Look: Straw, hazy with two inch head. Low carbonation.
Smell: Lemon, pepper, and banana.
Taste: Lemon, pepper, strawberries, real refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Crisp easy drinking.
Overall: A good saison. I enjoy higher alcohol saisons more than lower ones.

Can from early April. Poured into Teku glass.

L: Small, 1F head with poor retention, only spotting lacing, and a tiny cap and ring. Beer is a mostly-clear light golden.

S: Citrus, Belgian yeast, kandi, banana, and clove.

T: Follows nose. Very Belgian, almost too traditional for an Alchemist beer. Very tasty. Kandi really comes through in this.

F: Light bodied, medium carbonation. Very crisp and dry, easy to drink. Great construction and balance.

O: More like "Oooh la la Saison!" Excellent example of the style and very close to Hill Farmstead quality.
