Belgian style Saison. Golden in color. Hazy in appearance. Banana, clove, white pepper, coriander and lemon peel. Wheaty malt profile. Fairly bright. Medium bodied. Shorter, clean finish with a hint of bitterness. This is good.

Pours a straw golden body that is heavily hazy. Nice fluffy white head that sticks around a bit. Aroma is pepper, lemon, bready malt, typical saison aroma. Flavor has some light tartness (unlikely from lactic bacteria) and a continuation of the pepper from the nose with some creamy wheat based mouthfeel. Not as crisp and dry as a traditional saison, but nice none the less!

Cans poured into tulips. A hazy light yellow beer with a two finger pure white, foamy head that leaves some lace. Aromas of lemons and citrus. Very enjoyable taste with soft lemon meringue followed by just a bit of soft finishing bitterness. Mouth is medium bodied, fairly sweet - not highly carbonated or dry like a traditional saison. Overall, a great beer that is so easy to drink.

Enjoyed from the can.
Color, per John's video is a nice bright straw color with slight haze and generous bubbly head.
Aromas are a lot of yeast, yellow grapes, champagne.
Flavors are spot on, yeasty, slightly mellow hops, not spicy but very bright flavor.
Mouthfeel is crisp and clean.
Overall, for a saison there is nothing off here and this is quite an enjoyable beer.

Look: Straw, hazy with two inch head. Low carbonation.
Smell: Lemon, pepper, and banana.
Taste: Lemon, pepper, strawberries, real refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Crisp easy drinking.
Overall: A good saison. I enjoy higher alcohol saisons more than lower ones.

What a beautiful beer. Bready, fruity, tons of pepper, nice funk. Hoppy for a saison, but that's what makes it special. What more could you ask for.
