16oz can. Served in a Alchemist arome glass. Pours a hazy golden-straw yellow body, two finger thick white head, appropriate retention time which is not too long by any means, wispy lacing. Smell is cloves, esters, light cracker, candied sugar, a bit of zest, minerals and mild floral hops. It smells like a cross between a hefeweizen and a hoppy pilsner. Works for me. Flavour is zesty, candied sugar, touch of cracker and fair bit of cloves; light fruity ester, touch of breadiness, finished with a bit of lavender and floral bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, creamy, very drinkable with the fruity esters lingering on the finish. A very well executed Belgian-style saison, which showcases the yeast. This is more on the hefeweizen end of the spectrum than the sour, tart AWA end of the spectrum.

Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a hazy, pale golden body with nice lacing. Nose of Belgian yeast, pepper, and a slight floral-fruit-funk. Tastes of spice and slight fruit and oh so refreshing. Very nice feel and overall a great beer! Brewed with Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and fermented with Baston yeast.
