16oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and sweet caramel. Sweet citrusy flavor with tropical fruit flavors and caramel.

Overall, pretty solid beer.
Head: Not too much head on pour. Poured this into a chalice-type glass. Looked pretty opaque overall, light orange color to it. Head was stable for awhile.
Aroma: Picked up notes of lemon, over-ripe tangerines, little bit of initial stereotypical "hop" smell, and lightly toasted malt to it.
Taste: Tangerine presence high at first, fades into almost a "pineappley" flavor. Malt smell and flavor came out stronger. This didn't end up muting the tropical notes; it actually helped quite a bit with coasting those flavors along.
Finish (Taste after 30 seconds/1 Minute/5 Minutes): Tangerine notes continue to roll through, malt flavors more present/Citrus notes have mulled into almost a preserved lemon flavor. Really quite lovely/The malt flavors remain, as well a sort of "boozy" tongue coating has started occurring. By no means is it unpleasant; kinda intensifies the remaining citrus flavors.

Overall, really solid beer. This was one of my first couple of TRIPAS, and I really enjoyed it.

Poured into a tulip glass from a 16 oz can. In the glass, it was a light yellow-golden-amber hue that suggested richness, with a light creamy head. Smells of sweet light resin and acidic lemon peel. The flavor is a strong torrent of juicy fruity Citra goodness, with just enough malt beneath it to keep it balanced, finishing with what I could only call a powerful boozy tongue buzz: it actually made my mouth tingle with potency. That and the hefty, thick mouthfeel are the only thing giving away the 10.8% ABV. A memorable and truly "decadent" brew.

look: mostly clear honey yellow though a ton of rising bubbles haze it up a little.
smell: Citra for sure. Loads of bright tropical citrus notes.
taste: Citrus is in your face here too though some malty sweetness make it less pronounced. Full and creamy.

Poured from a can into a Woodburn tulip. Pale gold in color, very hazy, and a rough pour produces about two fingers of fine white head with pretty good retention. The nose is rank with over-ripe tropical fruit like mango, oranges, nectarines, and pineapple. I also get a little bit of freshly-baked bread in there as well.

Medium body with a creamy feel and a fruity flavor with a soft bitterness. Faint hints of bread and marmalade up front with loads of lemon and pineapple. Some lemon joins in at mid-palate and intensifies the fruit flavor. All the while, the bitterness is pleasant but not abrasive or offputting. The finish isn't very long-lasting, but it is dry and pleasant and leaves you ready for more. Overall a solid IIPA that should be enjoyed by those who like American IIPAs that emphasize tropical fruit flavors and soften up the bitterness. My only complaint is that it's quite pricey for what you get.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 4/25/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, honey, biscuit dough, light caramel/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, honey, biscuit dough, light caramel/toast, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, honey, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingeirng hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and slightly resinous mouthfeel that is great. Lightly increasing warmth of 10%, with slight booziness lingering after the finish. Overall this is an awesome Triple IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV; with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Nicely soft feel, not aggressive. Huge juicy Citra hop complexity, with balanced bready malts; not overly sweet/heavy feeling from lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.

Milky, hazy white-orange color. The head is medium-sized, small-bubbled, and short-lived. Nice hoppy aroma...citrus, musty, fruity, and more. The taste is sweet and malty, with continued fruit. Notable alcohol, but not overpowering. Full in body and seriously enjoyable.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short bright white head that died down, leaving some specks of bubbles and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of orange marmalade and tangerines are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has slight hints of alcohol in the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is nice and citrusy but what impressed me most was how extremely drinkable it is for a beer that is 10.8% abv.
