On tap at a local beer bar.
Beer is golden and clear with a white head of small bubbles, some lacing, low carbonation. Looks fine.
Aroma is sweet, thin, yeasty, honey, mild flowers.
Beer is thin in the mouth and finishes with some nice bitterness. The overall feel and impression of the beer is simple enough. Decent feel, nice sweetness on the front with a mild hint of alcohol. I'd have it again.

De belgiuminabox. Nada más abrirla, por el aroma, se reconoce que será una Belgian strong superior a la media, con más presencia de malta de lo habitual. Resulta fácil de beber a pesar de su graduación, y en ningún momento cansa

Vintage 2017.
Deep golden, bright appearance, with a beautiful off-white foam.
Intense smell, fruit, peach, some ripe melon. Light alcohol. Then floral notes, and some pungent spiciness, something like anise.
Full taste, malty notes, candy sugar, fruit, peach again, yeast, bread crust. Again some fresh spiciness, mint.
Very belgian, good, even if a bit heavy in the taste.
Full body, the aftertaste starts with fruit (dehydrated), then again the finish spiciness, with a relatively dry end.

this is ancient now, the bottle literally says brewed in 2012, which, i guess by now is old, and frankly, it probably shouldnt still be this sweet, like if its this old the yeast should have been viable enough to take care of all this sugar in all these years, but here we are, another lap around the sun and another sedimented, reasonably priced, fully dusty, real belgian beer goes forgotten, its sad, but its true, and this one has been decaying for about a decade. its good and its terrible, caustically alcoholic but also mature in a belgian yeast sense, estery, white wine and booze burn meets honey and sap, like clear and from a tree, but old enough where it turns into that gum, sweet and earthy, but concentrated and intense but also near flavorless in the same instant. curiously hoppy still, uncomfortably so, but it works. some flecks in this, huge and thick headed, bubbly and old school green bottle belgiany, pear and apple and girl, frustrating and satiating, another lap! drinks a little tough at temperature, but this brewery should inspire a blind bottle buy at this point, and im real glad i did it... again...

750 ml bottle into tulip glass; 2017 vintage bottling, batch No. 2. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, clove, honey, nuttiness, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, and lightly toasted biscuit; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, clove, honey, nuttiness, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness and herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, white grape, peppercorn, honey, biscuit, nuttiness, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitter/spiciness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and slightly syrupy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mildly increasing warmth of 10% after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian strong pale ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, bready malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV. Perfectly balanced yeast and malt flavors, with very well rounded complexities. Never overly sweet or heavy feeling for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours amber with a large fading head.
Nose shows brown sugar, sultanas, soft booze, golden syrup, soft port notes and spicy phenols.
Similar flavours: golden syrup, booze, dried fruit.

Yellow, clear.
Head white, thick, big.
The smell is primarily a village, a little malt, in the distance like the smell of burning grass.
The taste was the first to voice comes intense hop bitterness, then malts. Rulles Grande 10 is lightly nor acid. I was a little disappointed, I expected some madness and here ...
