Brewed with a complex combination of seven different premium malts. Albeit rich with coffee and chocolate flavor, Soul Pleasure maintains a smooth
texture attributed to the addition of oatmeal in the mash.

12oz can, red wine glass, canned 11/19/18.
The beer is very dark brown, standard. What sets it apart is the two fingers of fluffy khaki and pretty garlands of lace it leaves behind.
When I bought this six pack I was surprised to find I hadn’t yet reviewed this excellent stout from Fort Worth. It delivers nose pleasure via waves of rich dark chocolate, chocolate graham cracker, and toasted coconut, almost like a chocolate cream pie.
The flavors follow. Imagine chocolate cream pie topped with toasted coconut on a graham cracker crust. Rich, more-ish, and with a hint of smoke.
Smooth, supple beer with tight creamy carbonation. Excellent body suited to a stout.
This is an excellent American Stout that I consider one of the best beers brewed in Fort Worth and a bit of a sleeper. The flavor is oh so deep and there’s lots of it

Nice head. Dark and rich looking. The last of the keg. Good beer. Smooth and creamy. I'd drink this one again. Only 6%. We could drink several of these. "Soul Pleasure" indeed.

Pours a dark brown color with minimal tan colored head. Roasted malts, lots of roast on the nose, with some raw cocoa and a little bread; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with more roasted character, really showing off those malts. Overall, a good, easy drinking stout.
