Poured a pale golden color into snifter with a 1.5 finger white head. A light cracker malt with some bitter hops of citrus. Light, crisp and refreshing. About what you would expect from a hoppy session ale.

This beer pours a pale straw with a lasting head. The nose reminds me of crackers, wheat, and, oddly, marmalade. The flavors very dry and malty, with just a bit of woody hop bitterness. It is very balances and refreshing. The mouthfeel is almost astringent. As a summer ale I really do believe this succeeds.

Pours light yellow with a nice big fluffy white head. Smells simple, a bit bready, and well, boring....

I notice a slight hint of cloves but otherwise the flavor is fairly simple. This may be more flavorful than other Kolsch beers that I've tried... but still not much to brag about.

A mild skunkiness to the aroma. It barely carries over into the taste, but unforunately, it's pretty much the only taste it has. Very bland, but not terrible.

Pretty much what a summer ale should be . . . or a lager. Light, refreshing and crisp. I swear this tasted like a pilsner. Actually reminded me of S.N. Summerfest lager. It was enjoyable and has a apple jacks cereal flavor to it I liked.

into a willi becher from a 12 oz. bottle

a: nice 2 finger puffy white head on top of a slightly hazy pale gold
s: nose is a little muted but there are some apples, peaches, lemon, and some perfumey flowers
t: follows the nose, but ends with a little grassy hoppy bite...
m: fairly crisp with a very minor snap/bite at the end...pretty delicate body

not bad...I've had this on tap and thought it was more impressive...here, though it is pleasant enough, it just isn't very memorable
