I had this one in Berchtesgaden with a meal. Not many other choices on the menu. I had a few weissbiers before and though they worked on occasion, they seldom satisfied. This one didn't. Weak taste and just generally not worth the money. Did what I could with it: washed down the food. If you are interested in the style, skip this one.

Lasting head with a few streaks for lace. Cloudy with a whitish pale gold.
More banana than clove with a yeasty nose.
The taste is like the smell with no surprises. Fuller in body than most Weiss Biers. The banana is strongest on the swallow with the yeast coming throughout the tasting.

Hazy peach color with white head. Aroma is yeasty with fresh, floral notes. Taste is also yeasty with strong wheat flavor and balanced finish. Full bodied with high effervescence. Quite good overall but nothing really special.

Picked up as part of a bavarian six pack at Edeka in Ramstein. Pours a hazy golden orange. Aromas of bread/bananas/ and some fruit. Had a taste of yeasty bread with some spice. Not as clove/banana as most Hefes, and fairly clear for an unfiltered hefe.
