Pale yellow and hazy body topped with a one-finger thick head, lasting, rocky and creamy. Strong aroma of musk melon right off the bat; strawberries; very mild citrus and pear. Gently sweet flavor with some nice underlying light malt presence; low-key bitterness. Medium body; a bit slick and somewhat watery; dry overall.

A nice looking and fantastic smelling American pale ale that loses some of its allure in the taste and feel. My sample was canned 07/11/19 (DUSTIN HOPSMAN) so is relatively fresh in that regard. A nice beer and well worth trying.

Canned 12/03/18
L: pours hazy bright yellow in color. A finger of a bubbly white cap with appealing amounts of residual lacing.
S: notes of mango, papaya and stone fruit. Slight grassy hop profile. Minimal but nice smelling.
T: follows the nose with citrus added to the mix. Tropical flavor with grassy hop complex. Finish is lingering citrus. Simple and refreshing.
F: light and thin, moderate carbonation. Refreshing feel, a tad thin for a “hazy” style beer.
O: light and refreshing. I’m grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Poured hazy but not cloudy light yellow/hay color with a nice head that left an ok amount of lacing.

Bright, juicy, fruity aroma and taste of tropical, stonefruits, strawberries and melons. Great strength for a pale ale.

Feel is light, smooth but not creamy, good carbonation, low bitterness.

Overall, an outstanding hazy pale ale that I'd take over many of the muddled NEIPAs out here.

L: Hazy near-opaque orange hue resembling a fruit juice cocktail. A lingering half-finger foamy cap of a head with adequate lacing.

S: Peaches and mellow plums dominate. No tartness here. Soft overall.

T: simple. Thin peach presence. Decent but not outstanding.

F: Expected weight for the heavier side of the pale spectrum. Very slight chalkiness near the end.

O: This hazy pale would’ve killed the competition a few years ago as so many hazy’s were terrible brews in execution. Overall this one is good, but I would choose so many others (many from BareBottle!) before ever coming back to this one.
