Pours a clear golden color with a big top off nice fluffy head, that disolves in a fast pace with some lacings on the side off the glass. The aroma is off bread, grass, grains, citrus and earthy hops. The flavour is dry and slightly sweet with some caramel malts in the back. it finishes off with earthy hop bitterness and some sugary sweetness. is light carbonated with a medium body. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth but heavy, and i miss the crispness. All inn all is a good and enjoyable oktoberfestbier, but not overwhelming impressive.

Pours a completely clear crisp gold color. Effervescent with a thin white head that disappears quickly leaving just a thin patch of tight white bubbles.

Aroma has notes of bread, sweet malt, lightly toasted malts give a definitely noticeable toasted aroma. Finally you get a nice light herbal hop aroma on the back end.

Taste has notes of sweet bread, herbal hops, toasted bread, cracker malts and some spice at the back end. The hops are very vibrant here and provide a nice balance. An incredibly flavorful and complex beer for the style.

Feel is very smooth and drinkable - a lighter beer while carrying a ruler body. Moderate to medium carbonation.

Overall a really fantastic oktoberfestbier. Toes the line between the lighter festbier and the darker marzen with such grace. One of my favorites for the style.

this beer is meant to be drank one way from a keg in a mug so ignore the bottles and go for the mini keg

The best amongst the authentic oktoberfeist brewers. This would be the best best tent to party under. The most snapping beer-battered brats and the blondest, german babes. Prost!

L-The beer pours clear and golden with a 3 finger bone white head. Lacing is minimal as the head recedes to a thin film.
S-Nose is toasted bread and some hop spiciness.
T-Taste is like the nose with hops perfectly balancing out the malt.
F- Light on the palate and perfectly dry on the finish. Carbonation is on the lighter side of medium.
O- This is a fantastic Oktoberfest. A standard setter as far as I'm concerned.

11.2oz bottle poured into a tulip. Pours a light golden with great clarity; big fluffy eggshell white head that falls leaving great retention and sticky lacing. The aromas have some bread and crackers. Malts are there. It has your typical enjoyable German lager aromas. The flavors follow the nose. It's clean, crisp and refreshing. It's slightly sweet, but nothing crazy. Solid malt backbone. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is great. It's on the fuller side of light-bodied with moderate to active carbonation. It's extremely fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.

This is a very nice brew. The craftsmanship is on point. It's enjoyable and fun to drink. Good stuff.

Bottle poured into a pint glass

A: Pours a pale straw color with no head or lacing, very light and watery looking, good amount of carbonation.

A: Honey, biscuits, bread, slight spice hop note, grass, wet hay, light citrus, subtle aromas with some complexity and depth.

T: Smooth, balanced, and easy to drink, notes of honey, soft biscuit and bread, wet hay, grass, lemon, balanced hop spice throughout the beer, finish is slightly dry with lingering notes of spice, biscuit, and honey.

M: Medium, on the lighter side of medium, good amount of carbonation, pleasant on the palate.

O: Besides the appearance, looks too pale and light, I really enjoyed this beer, good amount of complexity and amazing drinkability, not too much spice just enough to add a little bite, amazingly drinkable. Aromas are a little muted but the taste truly makes up for it.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Really kind of a boring beer. Not much taste, smell, or body. Clear yellow, decent head. Taste is grassy and smell is, well, I guess a bit grassy too. Not something I will buy again.

On further tasting as it warmed a bit, the flavor became more fruity, slightly lemony. It developed a bit of a pleasant bite. I adjusted scores accordingly.

Brilliant golden blonde, crystal clear. 1 and 1/2 finger white fizzy head. Minimal lace.
Aroma of thin, breast malts followed by earthy hops.
Taste is of bready and crisp cracker-like malt, followed by floral, earthy Halletauer hops.
The mouthfeel is weightier than a pilsner, with higher carbonation that mingled well with the malts making it an easy drinking. The dry, peppery finish begs one to take another sip.

Much better than years past, no doubt due to the switch from green to brown bottles.
