From the bottom of the can: "06/14/17 @10:42:59"

Appearance: The body of the beer is a lightly hazy amber and gold. The head is medium-short with good retention. The head is white and fluffy and it leaves some nice rings of lacing.

Aroma: It has a very strong catty aroma. It has this strong mix of garlic and mango. The aroma is pungent. It smells very fresh.

Taste: Up front there is a peach and mango flavor which is quickly followed by a touch of grain. It is shortly replaced by more mango and some light pine. It tastes very fruity and it is delicious. After a while, possibly as the beer either warmed up or as it began coating my palate more, the flavors started to take on what tastes like the outer edge of pineapple near the skin.

Mouthfeel: Bitterness is pretty low but there is a bit of a woody tea-like bitterness at the finish. The beer is light-to-medium bodied with a wet finish.

Overall: It's a very aromatic and flavorful beer. The beer is about two and a half weeks past the date stamped on the can so, as a reference, I would definitely recommend and drink it again within this time-frame. The beer is pretty low on bitterness so I would caution those who love a more bitter beer to be aware that this might not suffice.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned May 5th 2017.

Aggressive and controlled, a rocking faint khaki to off white three finger head with a good presence not going anyhwere. Clear amber body, slow rrising carbonation and also very fine, rising to meet its head, as it settles with ring lacing and island topped cream rings. Soap fine sized bubbles, and a good cling. Very good looking IPA.

Even better aroma. Light hop angle but an excellent aroma. Flavors of orange zest and candied sugary orange with touches of ripe tangerine hit the nose. Excellent sweetness on the malt accenting it makes for sprinkled light sugar on fruit. A real neat sweet herbal tone as well, gets almost strong floral but the light candy quality wont quit. This is quite impressive, and has a real nice subtlety too it.

Palate just hits all the right buttons. Soft bodied, velvety and juicy. Tangerine hop rich with minimal sweetness and a creamy flavor in the mid palate. Hints at light softest brown sugars on the finish, and Christmas oranges. Touches of vanilla and particularly cream. Mouthwatering with light pine and herbs with floral sweetness touching real nicely.

An excellent IPA, I need more of this.

Looks normal enough. Pretty decent foamy head that leaves behind a nice, full sheet of lacing. Body is a nice, slightly hazy orange. Aroma of pine and tangerine hit the nose primarily, with a fresh crispness to it. Taste takes a little bit of a departure from the nose with a hint of bit of onion dankness before the tangerine and a bit of orange peel rolls in. Finishes off with just enough caramel to give it adequate depth. Dry on exit with a leave behind of slight sweetness. Pretty darn decent, as yet another central Virginia brewery seems to be doing things right.

Poured from a 12oz can into a tulip. Canned 4/3/17

Pours a slightly hazy orange-reddish color reminiscent of dark honey. A one finger white head is formed that reduces to a thick cap of film that leaves some sticky lacing around the glass.

Big citrus notes present themselves in the aroma, featuring grapefruit, tangerine, and orange. A bit of pine can also be sensed.

Flavor, following the nose, begins with lots of juicy citrus, accompanied by a sweet malt presence and very low bitterness.

This brew is on the fuller side of medium body and with a smooth, creamy mouth feel.

Overall, this is a very solid IPA sent to me by a very generous BA.

Appearance: hazy orange in color with a big fluffy 2" head that lasted a bit. Thick lace painted the glass.

Smell: some tropical fruits were soft on the nose.

Taste: caramel, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and a decent floral bitterness rounded it out.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp from start to finish. A bit of dryness arrives late.

Overall: great flavor profile and a very satisfying beer.

Very good IPA. Pours a clear orange/light amber color with a good size bubbly white head. Retention is good and there are thick bands of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus hops, mostly orange zest and tangerine. There is some caramel malt as well. The aroma and taste are very good. Mouthfeel is soft, somewhat crisp with some bitterness as well. Very refreshing and tasty. I had it with strong creole food and it held up very nicely.

Poured into a Teku from a can dated 6/14. Nice-looking beer, mildly hazy burnt orange color with a modest white head. Bright aroma with tangerine, tropical fruit, some cat piss, and a hint of sweet malt. More fruity notes in the taste (pineapple as well), but a nice mix of floral and earthy notes. Slightly sweet malt flavor but it worked well. A soft bitterness. Seemed a bit dry on the finish, but medium-bodied. Very nice.

Had this at Charlottesville Draft Taproom, from an automated tap that charges you by the ounce. Decided on a full 8 ounce glass, and that was a good choice. This American IPA weighs in at 7.7% ABV; pored into the keg shaped glass this IPA had a good almost orange color, and a decent head. The aroma was citrusy, and the taste followed suit with that great west coast style blend of fruitiness and bitterness. Nice easy finish despite the high ABV. Will try again when in the area - brewed in Goochland, VA.

From the growler, it pours an orange-reddish-amber with a modest head. A bit of lace, and the head retains to a thin layer. The nose is a bit of citrus and pine. The mouth gets the IPA bitterness to go with the malt in back. Yum!
