I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte, NC. It poured a slightly hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bright bitter citrus and subtle pine resin. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base and bitter pineapple and apricot presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Think Tropicalia and you have it. Very good beer but there are many out there like this now.

Bulled as a neipa, but not very hazy and little tropical fruit to be found. Light haze, small head with lacing. Nose barely there, faint grape and apple maybe. Taste isn't bitter and isn't fruit. Nothing stands out or led me to finish my pour.
Just checked th can, its stamped 8/1/2019, and it's 10/2020 now, so maybe its better when fresher, at all, to can date. I hope it is, for their sake.

Had Hooligan IPA at the Hilton Garden Inn, Savannah, poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "09/28/18," into tumbler.
Looks the part of an NEIPA, pouring hazy orange-gold with a nice head that doesn't last but does leave nice sketchy lace. Aroma is dank, citrus and mild malt, and the flavor follows.

This was one of the first beers I tried from Scofflaw and it's one of my faves! Outstanding NE IPA!

A slightly hazy orange color with a dense bone white head, the nose is dank citrus aromas with mango most prominent, accompanied by ripe oranges and passion fruit.
The mango is also forward on the taste, but this beer is made by the earthy malt component, which balances this perfectly.

Slightly hazy, golden straw-colored body. Head production, retention, and lacing are all phenomenal.
Big, punchy nose full of stone fruit, grapefruit, peaches, mild dankness, a touch of pepper, and grass.
Smooth and light on the palate; low to moderate bitterness, with just a kiss at the end. Melon, cantaloupe, grass, cracker, honey, very light citrus (lemon, ruby red grapefruit pulp), sweet white grape. Very mild dankness.
Smooth, crisp, lively; lots of bite around the gums. Fairly wet finish until a citrusy light bitterness sweeps through at the very end.
Lacking the typical complexity of Galaxy or Mosaic, and while it may be a factor of the exact age of the can, lacking the moderate-to-strong dankness Mosaic can really deliver. Also lacking in the brighter herbal tones Galaxy can bring to the table. Still, while these hops aren't showcased as well as in other beers, the overall result is a delicious IPA.

12 oz can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson ($1.89).
Pours with a clear amber body with a good white head.
Both the aroma and the flavor are slightly stronger and danker than average for style but with moderate bitterness.
Medium body with medium carbonation.
