Clear golden yellow. Mild carbonation. Thin head rings the glass with no lacing. Taste is simple and unexciting. Would I buy a 6 pack, probably not. There are better examples.

Pours a clear straw color, minimal head. Aroma is typical Belgian esthers, clove, etc. semi sweet with a crisp, dry finish. Carbonation is appropriate. Overall an easy drinking, sessionable blonde ale, love the sub 5% abv, very enjoyable, very flavorful.

On tap in a standard pint glass.

See through yellow color, well carbonated. The 1F pure whit cap slips to a lasting ring of film and leaves ample lacing.

Floral hop and light malt grain aromas.

Light spice and floral hop flavor over light malt. A touch of cherry flavoring the finish.

Light and crisp. Clean and dry. Pleasant.

I'll have another.

Surprisingly good, as I'm not big fan of style.
a) Clear, pale gold color with white head and a bit of lace and retention.
s) Mild aromas with pils and pale malt, some lemongrass and spiciness.
t) Follows smell, with more hop and spice.
f) Middle bodied lager, clean and smooth.

Cloudy pale yellow. Head drops to a bit of lace. Smell is dry, sweet. Bit of funk. Taste is doughy. Pretzel dough. Grassy. Dry hay. Touch of funk. Feel is semi dry, medium carbonation.

On-tap @ 22 West Tap & Grill in Bound Brook, NJ.

Served in a pint glass. Clear, pale gold color with a thin white head and decent retention. Mild aroma with some sweet pils or pale malt notes. A touch of spice from the hops provided good balance. Medium-light bodied, clean and smooth. Very easy to drink. Nothing earth shattering here, just a well-made lager. I love seeing local breweries doing lagers and doing them well. More please!
