A little lacing over a thick bubbly head that fades to nothing. Color is a brow orange hue. Aroma is a combo of malt (wheat and sourdough bread) and yeast (yogurt, vanilla ice cream, clove, sweet) with just a hint of orange and peaches. Palate is lots of vanilla and clove in an very sweet and unbalanced combination; mirrors other flavors of aroma. Pros smooth texture, medium plus intensity. Cons unbalanced and singular vanilla and clove flavors, foamy mouthfeel. 80/100.

Pours with a bright golden color and a very large, nice white head. The nose is ripe banaas, belgian yeast, some honey and malts. Taste is as nice as the nose: Malt and fruits, again the ripe bananas. yeast, very light bitterness. Medium lasting finish. Good stuff.

Look: Looks like honey

Smell: Light, fresh, pleasant

Taste: Fruity (banana), apple cinnamon after taste

Not bad, but I personally felt it was too sweet. Plus I am not a huge fan of banana flavored drinks.

Leffe Blonde. Overall a beer I would have to just to be nice to whoever ordered it for me. Too strong when it comes to the smells of Belgium yeast. Does pour a nice head though.

Pours orange, fore taste is sweet bannana and cloves with a syrup feel on the tongue. Aftertaste and nose is a bit of a trainwreck, but a brief wreck at that. Not an everyday favorite, but good for one now and then.

Very clear bright pale gold body under fluffy white head. High carbonation.

Bready yeast-driven flavor of light spice (hint of clove-tea and apple skin). Perhaps slightly over-bitter in the aftertaste, almost like homebrew made from old liquid extract.

Conclusion: A nice Belgian pale, but not outstanding. Better choices abound, but this is not bad by any means. If I made it at home I would be pretty happy with it. I think the "Bros" rating of "poor" is pretty harsh. I think this is pretty good.

Best before: 17/06/18. Brewed by InBev, Brussels.
Thanks to Thomas & Jenny for the party leftovers!

Bright pale gold, almost too pale, looks identical to a macro lager in color.
Champagne streams of carbonation and a rocky head leaves behind chunky soapy lacing.

Grains of paradise and coriander in the aroma, dry with a spicy trappist yeast strain.
Peppery bitterness, honeyed pale malt, yeast lends clove, banana, and pepper notes. Dry clean finish.
Light bodied and highly carbonated, the beer dissipates quickly on the palate. A little too clean.
Overall it's a pretty utilitarian BPA, others have more nuance and distinctive flavor, but it's ok for what it is.
Wouldn't refuse one, but wouldn't buy it.
