A- Unfortunately this doesnt have any foamy head....rather just a thin half ring around the glass...it is white in color and I do have to say that the lacing is awesome....plenty of foam and bubbles are clinging to the side of the glass! The beer itself is clear, a golden color...perhaps some chill hazing going on and the carbonation is plentiful by the looks of things! Average all around...
S- Initial aromas of flat pils and some hop bitterness. Perhaps there are hints of citrus rinds and some malt sweetness but really, it's a little off putting....right off the bat I thought of Yukon dirty dishwater from a third rate roadside diner!
T- Glad this was icy cold, as overall the flavors are very generic and macro like, with perhaps a smidgen of malt and citrus hops on the finish....otherwise I feel that there was corn used in the mash....bland....so bland my uncle sprayed it all over me....and that was through his nose!!!
M/O- This cleanses the sinuses....so I'm told! The body is light/medium and the carbonation is somewhat flat....not overly impressed and I will always remember this one....not for the beer either! I do like the label!! Pass....

Appearance - Pours a clear gold with two fingers of bubbly white. Bright clarity. Head dissipates quickly.
Smell - grains, grassiness, earthy and leafy hops, and corn-like biscuity malts.
Taste - Corn-like biscuity malts upfront followed by the earthy and leafy hops (mild to moderate) bitterness. The grains and grassiness follow suit.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry with a lingering sweetness from the malts.
Overall - A well executed pilsner that delivers on the malt flavour. The head retention could be better. Otherwise, a very refreshing brew.

650ml bottle, the latest in Yukon's series of brews that feature playful take-offs of James Bond movies in both the name and label imagery.
This beer pours a slightly hazy, medium golden yellow colour, with one fat finger of puffy, loosely foamy, and somewhat fizzy dirty white head, which leaves some randomly splattered snow rime lace around the glass as it quickly sinks away.
It smells of crackery and rather biscuity pale malt, dried apple and white grape skins, a twinge of twitch-inducing gasohol, and pleasantly present leafy, grassy, and dead floral hop bitters. The taste is semi-sweet, bready and crackery pale malt, a touch of biscuity caramel, muddled fruity pome notes, a minor flinty stoniness, and more testy leafy, grassy, and gently perfumed floral hoppiness.
The bubbles are fairly active in their structurally sound and thus good to frolic frothiness, the body a decent middleweight, and generally smooth, just a bit of that Germanic Pils petrol heat and robust hoppiness taking the air out of the bags here. It finishes trending dry, as the biscuity nature of the malt colludes with the hops and alcohol to cut any lingering sweetness off at the knees.
Well, this isn't usually my favourite style, as I feel that the gentle balance in a well-made traditional Pilsner doesn't need any sort of messing around with. However, do it right - i.e. keep the base malt and hop interplay going strong, and integrate the elevated booze, and then we can talk. So, Yukon, I'm talking to you - now talk (no need for the cigarette)!
