Thanks to wolffman17 for the opportunity to try this one. Served in a nonic. This one was a gusher; shot out of the bottle and filled 2/3 of my glass with a light, fluffy white cascade of foam (looked like a mushroom cloud coming out of my glass). Lots of sticky cloud-like lacing with good adhesion. Hazy, pale orange-gold color. Grassy smell in the forefront, with yeast and clove nicely blended into the background. Taste similar to nose with a pleasant citrusy flavor; however, not particularly astringent for a wit. Mouthfeel was surprisingly more subdued considering the volume of the head, with a mild tartness at the finish. This brew went down so easy that I think I'll have another - would make a great summer staple.

Beer is yellow and hazy with a thin white head of small bubbles, low retention, no lacing, low carbonation.
Aroma is yeasty with this off aroma in there like the beer was fermented too hot. Mildly fusel.
Beer is medium to light in body, sweet up front, yeasty / bready in the middle and nothing on the back end. Nothing much to say about this beer except that it is boring and didn't taste too good and I won't have another.

Thanks to my folks for pickipg up this out of reach Oklahoma beer while they were in Arkansas.
Pale hay and sunshine color, but you can see the great bubbling of this wheat ale all day. Good head, foam and lacing throughout all twelve ounces!
Dried banana meat and peel with just lihtly toasted and untoasted barley and wheat aroma. Dry, sweet, sweet, and tart overall.
Mild toasting adds some cracker flavors. Yeast has some odd fruit flavors and a somewhat chalky dry palate.
Not a bad session wheat, chalky, dry, and keeps your thirst never quite quenched.

Poured into te Boston Lager glass...
A: pours a very hazy yellow-orange with a 1 finger white head with good retention and leaving small streaks of lacing.
S: a bouquet of banana bread, orange peel, and slighlty spicy. very strong and nice.
T: light creamy orangey flavors upfront fade to a spicey yet creamy, tart finish. very unique and quite enjoyable. isn't as fruity or spicy as other wits i have tried, but this light flavor will give this one higher scores on drinkability.
M: light and very lush, with a light carbonation and an off dry finish.
Overall, I felt this beer was damn good. The flavor and mouthfeel are very unique, being light on flavor and body with a suprising creamy quality. Would buy this again if it were more available to me.

Bottle into pint glass
A: Gold with almost no head.
S: Lemon and orange peel with coriander.
T: Clean, spicy tart. Bad spice finish.
M: Crisp. Doesn't leave the aftertaste of the finish.
O: It was fairly good, but not something I'll buy again. One of the worst Choc beers I've had.
