Serving notes - shaker glass, on tap, just cool of room temp
A - lemon zest, nutmeg.
A - half-inch of head on pour that dissipates to a thick persistent film. Cloudy banana yellow, some lacing.
M - low carb, amazingly full body for what I was expecting from the color. Slight slickness.
T - chocolate chip cookie dought comes to mind with slight lemon in the way back.
D - I can see why I think this beer got its name. The flavor is completely different than what I was expecting and it was very good. I like this one.

Unfiltered American White Ale brewed with red wheat and Indian coriander according to the label. Website states 18 IBUs and 5.0% alcohol by volume. I was surprised how good this beer is. I'm not a fan of Belgian-style brews, but this beer is very drinkable.

A: Pours out a very light blonde before, whoops, dumped in the sedimented yeast and it's now a cloudy dark yellow with a full white head.

S: Aroma has a lot of that floral and fruity yeast similar to their Belgian White, but this one is a little more malty.

T: Lemon flavor is pretty distinctive along with the wheat. It's lightly hopped with some other muddled flavors (bottle says coriander, I get a lot of plastic). The finish is pretty short and bland.

M: Light and crisp. Maybe a little over-carbonated for my preference but well-within style.

Overall, an adequate beer to wash down some spicy food with, but fairly bland for a witbier. There is also some of the plastic/latex flavor I've gotten from several of the lighter Choc beers that really detracts from an otherwise decent beer.

Poured into a weizen glass, looks light yellow with a tinge of pale green. somewhat of small soapy head which stuck around.

I get subtle hop aromas in the smell and some grains. It smells nice.

My first impression on the taste was malts, the coriander is definitely detectable, with some slight bittering towards the end. Almost reminds me a bit of the Samuel Adams Pale Ale on the taste, with less hops.

Mouthfeel is light bodied, moderate carbonation. refreshing feeling on a warm day.

with the lower abv, it's pretty sessionable, but I think i would look elsewhere for a session brew. 1 was enough for me, not too crazy about this one.

A: Pours a hazy copper color with a small head and some lacing.

S: has a citrus & spicey aroma with a bit of sweetness & malt.

T: Taste is slightly sweet citrus flavor with a bit of spice thrown in. Finishes with a light bitterness.

F: Light body, good carbonation. Refreshing.

D: Goes down easy. A nice simple beer.

A - Pours a golden head that is pretty fine. Thin layer sticks to the glass. Small carbonation bubbles continued well after the pour and mixed the taste well. Head disappeared rather quickly

S - There is a definite wheat smell within the beer with a hint of mint flavor. The overall smell is kind of mild but it is still distinct. Could be better but a very nice smell.

T - Very cool and nice beer. Goes down really smooth and tastes great. The wheat taste is strong and there is some lemon hints as well. Little or no aftertaste and it leaves you wanting a little more.

MF - Light and refreshing. Carbonation is not very strong but bubbles are very fine.

D - Easy to drink and worth the taste

To be totally fair, I am not a fan of overly bitter, hoppy brews.

A - Thick and murky

S - Corriandor

T - Bitter up front but not much aftertaste

M - I could tell I was drinking beer

0 - Average. I wouldn't kick it out of bed but I won't be looking for it intentionally.
