Somehow hadn't tried this before, enjoyed double beezer so figured I would enjoy this as well. Had on tap. Hazy yellow pour with two fingers of white foam. Lemon, lime, mango, peach and orange in a very fruit forward nose. Taste is much the same but the citrus really starts to take over, especially orange and lime. Hops are very mild in taste, yet pretty formative in texture. Juicy, refreshing, smooth and cool feeling. Well balanced but not the most adventurous with the hop bitters

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lime and mango are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional hints of lychee. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the combination of lime and mango in this IPA to be interesting, which seemed to taste a little like strawberry.

This is a great mix of juiciness and hop bitterness/dankness for me. It's not an overt "breakfast ipa" as too many have become. I'd say the 4-pack is sessionable.

One of my favorite beers. Just a little to bitter at the end for me......but I know some people like that. Tropical fruit nose like Zombie dust used to have before they changed the recipe. great taste and hazy look. Love it!

Thanks to Barber for this beauty. Sent as a ninja hit in NBS BIF #11...or was it a warm up to NBS BIF #12.
Appearance is a hazy, peach-tinged golden swirl of turbidity. A fluffy white head leaps two fingers high and lazily recedes to an almost milky head. Great retention and consistent lacing.
Nose is awash with citrus. Zesty orange rinds, pithy grapefruit, floral orange notes, ripe mango, and a mild bready grain note.
Flavor follows the nose well, juicy notes are there, but a mellow ride. Mainly a melange of orange and mango, and here is where the mouthfeel plays along well. Liter than medium, but not thin in feel, but active carbonation helps the orange notes kind of rise and fall in the presence of the mango. Almost like a juice heavy mimosa. But not that thick.
Overall, a fine hazy, but I might just ask for a tad more follow through on the flavor that the nose foreshadowed.

Almost as good as big brother Double Beezer. Very cloudy, golden orange, light fluffy foam. Citrusy/pineapple scents, taste is mildly zesty citrus with a bit of bitterness. Mouth watering, full medium body, well developed. Very good.

16oz can, dated 05.15.2020, poured into a 16oz tumbler glass.
The beer pours a very hazy and turbid bright orange color, golden hues with a finger of white head that has good retention and very nice lacing. The aroma is great, super juicy and citrus forward, nice tropical layers with a bright floral character, sweet yeast, some earthy bitterness and pale dough. The flavors are good, juicy mango and pineapple, nice orange juice character and a delicate floral bouquet with more bitter citrus peel, grassy and dank hop leaf that offers nice bitterness while sweet yeast and pale dough linger at the finish. The mouthfeel is good, coating, creamy, smooth medium body that finishes easily with a lightly dry bite.
Verdict: A nice NEIPA from Old Irving Brewing. Super refreshing, clean and bright flavors with a nice balance of juicy and sweet with more earthy and bitter.

Yep, yep, yep. Beezer is a rather delectable offering from Old Irving Brewing. Now, I imagine if you’re not from the Great Tundra* ( * I believe this to be new nickname Chicago is going by) (which I may or may not have just made up, on the fly), you may be under the impression that Old Irving is named after a person. Frankly. I wish it were. That would be pretty awesome. A fine counter to the slick, harder trying brewery names like, “fountain head “or “urban ear “brewing. Anyway, it is, in fact a neighborhood . Mysteriously, it is not where the brewery is, I do not believe. So yeah . Beezer is one of those hoppy well balanced types, like the Easter Bunny. That was seriously a dad joke. For that, I am sorry. So, ok, yeah. It’s really good.

This one one of the best NE IPA's I have had in a long time. Phenomenal juicy tropical fruit aromas with the flavor following exactly. Just enough bitterness to offset the hops. Mouthfeel is a little thin, but this is not an imperial. Perfect for when you want to throw back a few.
