Leikeim Bier, picked up during a short trip to Germany.
0.5 l bottle.
Looks orange/light brown, with a fluffy nice head, good carbonation.
First smell is nice malty, bready. After that, some citrus aroma.
Equal is the taste: mainly malts, good ones... and citric hops that develope into a nice mild bitter aftertaste.
Very smooth brew. Bittersweetness, refreshing light body, but with the yeasty bits from the bottle, it's defenately flavourfull untill the end.
Nice experience.

From the flip top bottle, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice off-white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. The nose gets grains and slight spice. The mouth gets the same, with some light bitterness. Easy drinking.

Hazy deep orange color with frothy beige head. Aroma is mostly grainy with a hint of earthy hops. Taste follows with the grainy notes and some earthy bitterness. It's not really malty or sweet, quite dry actually. Medium body with medium to low carbonation. Overall it's a quite rustic feeling beer.

From 2012: Aroma sort of smells like butterscotch, color is amber, with lasting off-white head. Tastes like caramel and bread, slight metallic tinge. Just average...

What a surprise, I thought I did not like kellers because I've drank a terrible one years ago.. This one is actually nice!
It has a hazy orange color and a whitey foam somewhat dense, with some big bubbles on top.
Smell and taste are yeasty and filled with cereal notes; a nice fruity character and a subtle hoppy character are also found.
Body is at good level and carbonation balances; bitterness in the end is pleasant.

A sweet aroma with some subtle herbal and floral hops coming through. It's an opaque orange. Nice herbal hop flavor with some sweet malt and richness from the yeast. Finishes dry and quick.
Quite nice. Worth checking out, but perhaps not one of the best.

A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color with some amber hues and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface and lacing running down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of yeast as well as biscuit and bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and doesn't have much in the way of bitterness, but there are enough underlying hops to prevent any sweetness. Some hints of
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems to be a little lighter compared to other Kellerbiers but is still quite flavorful and a good representation of the style.
