On draught at the brewery. It pours a hazy, grassy lemon color with a green tint and a thin, milk-white head and minimal lacing. It's aromatic nose features white wine, lemon peel, pineapple, and oak. It's quite dry and funky although not very sour. It opens with oaky white wine grape and lemon peel but as the glass warms it sweetens with notes of pineapple. The hop bill of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe adds to the citrus taste but without much bitterness. The mouth feel is lite and crisp with lively carbonation. Overall, this is a really tasty and satisfying Berliner Weiss.

No date on can. Poured into tulip.
Look is lightly hazy pale straw gold with a white head. Nose is tart pineapple and lemon mostly, some light oak in the back with some bonus funk. Taste starts out with the same pineapple and lemon plus some grapefruit up front then in the middle the oak and funk get added in before a nice tart finish, lingering fruity hoppiness and bright funk. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp. Overall delicious wild sour and crazy that it’s in a can. Great stuff as usual from the referend.

A spontaneously fermented, dry-hopped sour in a can? Great!
This one pours a nice golden pale yellow color, with a small foamy head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like ripe sour pineapple, heavy oak, old lemon rind, grapefruit, and grassy hops and funk.
This is very brightly sour and funky, with cheesy and lemony funk, and a big bold hop character- grapefruit and pineapple, mainly. There's also some sharp oak, as well.
This is light bodied, and crisp, with an intense lingering acidity, especially as it warms up a bit.
It's mind-boggling that a beer like this is in cans. It also helps that it's a great beer.

On tap at the brewery, beer pours a clear straw gold. A finger of bright white foam. Bit of lacing. Smell has citrus, very light funk and earthiness. Light feel and carbonation. Really nice.
