Amber ale brewed with Eal Grey tea, American hops (Centennial, Cascade, Williamette) and cornflower blossoms.
Brewed specially for Tallink and Silja Line ferry operators.

The colour is dark amber, the liquid is almost clear. The three finger head is airy. And beige; it sinks slowly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is malty with lightly roasted notes of wholegrain bread, dried flowers and citric fruits. Hints of banana toffee and prunes.
The taste is smooth yet complex with notes of caramel malt, bitter herbs, orange juice, prunes and caramel. Medium body. The aftertaste brings hot alcohol, harsh bitterness, wholegrain rustic bread and harsh old black tea. The short finish got bitter herbs and some alcohol.
The carbonation is sharp, the mid-sized bubbles long-lived. The liquid is medium smooth.
Shame about the harshness…
