Latest batch, worth mentioning as there have been tweaks and adjustments to this beer along the way, as the wizards of EQ get this beer perfect.

The darkest Flux iteration for sure, tannish orange, very turbid with a few chunks, killer thick two finger off white topper that leaves bas relief lace behind.

Full strength aroma, and then some, featuring, sweet and bitter orange, mango, floral notes, doughy sweet, and other unidentifiable tropical and citrus notes.

Full strength taste, with all the flavors of the aroma centered around some killer mango notes that create a wonderful flavor go around as the beer opens and warms. Just the right amount of pith bitter in the finish to keep this juicy masterpiece on the rails.

EQ's trademark super soft but not watery body, low carb., thick with hops and malt body but super refreshing and easy drinking, and a juciy finish that is clean as a whistle. There is zero alcohol presence.

What can I say except if the rest of the country is lucky their locals will take notice of what EQ is doing and try to provide it to their neighbors like EQ does for us here.

Growler purchased from the source.

This one pours a dark hazy and thick looking orange, with a small white head, and lots of lacing.

This smells ridiculous, like freshly squeezed orange pineapple juice, dank weed, crackery malt, and mango.

This is just absurd, there's so much hop flavor packed in here, like fresh squeezed hops, basically. There's wonderful creamy mango and orange pineapple hop flavor, with minimal but supportive malt character, and a nice herbal and green bitterness on the finish.

This has a really creamy mouthfeel, with a good level of carbonation, and a surprisingly high level of drinkability.

Equilibrium are a bunch of wizards.

I had this on draught at the brewery. 12 oz. pour in a goblet. It pours a pretty, opaque yellow-orange color with a foamy, milk-white head and amazing lacing that coated the glass and retained its integrity through the pour. This is as pretty a pour as any NE IPA. The nose features lemon, grapefruit, ripe melon, and floral hops. The taste is luscious: lemon, grapefruit, sweet tropical fruit, and a touch of vanilla. It finishes with a slight bitterness. There is no strong hop taste. The flavors are fresh and they blend wonderfully. I love the mouth feel: it is creamy, almost viscous, with pleasant carbonation. It's simply a pleasure to drink. Overall, this is one of the best DIPA's I've had in a long time. It's delicious and has the perfect feel. There aren't a lot of reviews yet but I think the BA Score on this one is way too low. This is a World Class DIPA. I wish they had more cans left!

Tall can w/o canning date info

Typical EQ over the top turbid juice bomb look going on here

Juiced up tropical sniff

Loaded with orange juice, mango, some peppery spice, pineapple as well...full on NE IPA...tropical all the way...more fine beer from EQ, well worth seeking out this and other of their beers

Poured from a 32 oz growler filled at the brewery.

Pours an opaque orange color with 2-fingers of creamy white head. The head settles into a film that rests atop the beer, leaving an asinine amount of lacing as it goes.

You ever been slapped across the face by a mango? That's essentially the aroma here. There's some pineapple and melon, as well as plenty of oranges. But this aroma is a mango Armageddon.

The flavor is delicious, though a bit less balanced than I had hoped. Sweet citrus and pineapple, followed by mangoes and orange sherbet. Very low on bitterness.

The feel is medium bodied with relatively low carbonation. Very creamy and smooth. Soft like a pillow. The alcohol is hidden well, and makes for a highly drinkable brew.

Overall, an outstanding DIPA that is exceptionally tasty and drinkable. What it lacks in balance it more than makes up for in flavor. Very well done.
