Sour sour sour. Do not get heavy apricot but not an unpleasant beer. Could session this beer easily but split a 750 with a friend. Very light mouth feel, super carbonated.

Does not particularly drink like a fruited sour, it's a farmhouse ale for sure. Several notches below everything from in it's abv range from Hill Farmstead or even Suarez but still a decent beer.

Good beer but overpriced and not worth standing on a line for. Will not repeat but not disappointed to have given it a one-time shot

A really nicely made sour ale with apricots. Fruit was a nice additive, but found it a little heavy on the acidic/vinegar sour side. Not really picking up any saison characteristics in this beer, just wild ale/sour. With that said its still quite the tasty sour beer.

I had this the day after its release so it's very fresh. Poured from 750 ml bottle into Equilibrium teku glass. It pours a bright apricot color with a thin, milk-white head and lacing. It looks a little like orange soda. There's a lot of sour apricot on the nose, along with lemon peel, yeast, and Belgian spices. True to the label, it's very tart but the apricot is fresh and gives it a nice flavor. There is also a lot of Belgian funk particularly at the finish. For a Saison, the carbonation is fairly light which, along with the manageable 6% ABV makes for really easy drinking. I am generally not a big fan of sour ales but this one is the best I've ever had. It features the perfect combination of sweetness and tartness. I'm a big fan of Equilibrium's DIPA's but Casey Apricot really proves the brewery's versatility and creativeness.
