Collaboration with Parish Brewing Co.
Using a mashed up grain bill from Straight Outta The Laboratory and Ghost in The Machine, we used a massive dose of CO2 extract, Citra Incognito, and our hand selected Citra T-90s on the hotside followed by an insane amount of Citra LUPOMAX and our hand selected Citra T-90s for the Double Dry Hop; the heaviest dry-hop in Equilibrium’s history.
Ghost In The Laboratory pours opaque and vivid yellow and has very strong aromas of extreme mango supported by tropical nectar. The flavor is explosive with extremely saturated notes of mango smoothie, Grovestand Orange Juice with plenty of pulp, orange tang, tropical fruit cup in syrup, dank grass, and a rainbow melon creamsicle note from our #EQjuice finish.

16 FL. OZ can
Served in an oversized, stemless wine glass
This beer pours a grayish yellow color. It is topped with a couple inches of creamy, dirty white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Medicinal smell with some citrus
Medicinal and citrus flavor. Grapefruit
Medium bodied with an effervescent mouthfeel
Decent IPA. I was hoping for better considering the collaborating breweries.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, pineapple, grapefruit, apricots, nectarines, peach, guava, mango), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, with a very nice citrus complex (oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, pineapple, apricots, nectarines, peach, guava, mango), a nice little sweetness, very nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a very tasty beer. MilkShake! Orange Julius! Addictive!

Pours a very cloudy, opaque golden color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is very good. Lacing is excellent. Does have a juicy mango and melon aroma. Very juicy mango surprise with melon and some orange citrus. Medium to heavy bodied with mild to moderate carbonation. This one is da bomb!

This was good, but didn’t meet my expectations. This is a local brewery, and love a bunch of their stuff. This beer is a legendary beer. I’m sure it’s amazing on tap, but I haven’t had the opportunity to try it yet. Looks like their was a bad batch that went around with a bunch of particulate. Last batch I had was citrusy and dank? Wasn’t amazing

It was super hoppy, almost like the hop resin was squeezed out of the buds and into the glass. It was very cloudy looking, smelled and tasted like grapefruit, sour orange juice, lemon, melon, tropical fruit, wet hops, biscuit, yeast, a lot of herbal notes and heavy floral notes. It was viscous and each sip felt like there was chunks from the bottom of the can on my tongue. It was good but not as smooth as most beers by Equilibrium.

Got a four pack of this beer this past weekend during a day trip to Austin. The people at the beer shop were very nice!
Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Bright hazy yellow color with creamy off white head and good curtain lacing. Bright citrus and tropical fruit smell and taste. Pineapple, orange and lime. Was expecting a bit fuller, smoother feel.nice hoppy finish. I really want to have this beer on tap.

I expected a lot more from Equlibrium and from a 95 rated "World Class" DIPA. It's cloudy and filled with particulate, not by itself a deal-breaker. It smells of green papaya and dank lemon. Not my favorite, but promising. But it tastes like orange juice left to ferment on its own in the back of your refridgerator. It's overwhelmingly dank and pithy, dry, and bitter. Not at all an enjoyable experience to my palate. This is the first DIPA I've had that really gave me that sort of crushed up aspirin profile I've heard people talk about before. Mouthfeel is fine, but the texture is literally scrubbed away by intensely dry, dank bitterness. If that's your cup of, well, beer, then be my guest, but wow this is not for me.
