One of the best pineapple sours I've had, it does have some sediment so be mindful of that when pouring.

As of 10/1/18 there have been 3 blends with differing levels of each fruit and tartness.

Poured from a 375ml bottle a slightly hazed pale straw-yellow under a thin (1/4") white head which fades quickly to the rim and leaves a few spots of lace. Aroma is an intense tropical paradise with pineapple and guava, some funk, wheat, yeast. Flavor is juicy with sour tropical fruits and mild oak tannins. Light body and carbonation. Finishes tart, wheaty and fruity. Solid.

Poured from a 375ml bottle into a tulip. Blend one. Thanks LaviaSD for the hookup.

Pours a golden orange, hazy body with a small white head that reduces quickly to leave no lacing or retention. Pretty pulpy, there's actually a sizeable pulp chunk floating in it.

Aromas are fruity and indicate that this will be pretty sour - mango and pineapple dominate with some farmhouse funk in there.

On the tongue - sour warheads, lots of mango and guava, with a nice dry guava aftertaste. Super refereshing, light body with medium carbonation.

An excellent sour. Very sour, but not so much that the fruits don't shine.

L: A very light yellow beer.
S: Mango smell with a bit of pineapple.
T: A very crisp, light, flavor opening of guava and pineapple into farm notes into a smooth honey finish.
F: Summer fruit juices with a kiss of honey
O: A very unique beer proposition mixing summer fruits and honey on top of a saison platform.
