If you're a fan of carrots you'll love it, just a weird combination for what one would typically expect in a sour beer.

Curiosity got the better of me with this purchase. I mean, come on, how does a carrot lambic taste, I have to know! Clear orangey gold body, white ring. Nose has huge orange, apricot, peach, and yes a touch of herbal carrot with bretty funk and barrel must. Smell has wild ale tones, but lambic finish, so far not bad. Cold the taste has lemon, orange, peach and apricot in a playfully sour way, but as it warms the carrot emerges, very very very odd, no funk to be found. And yet, I didn't hate it, just not a good representation of top tier lambic. Has a lactic bite on the finish with carrot. Feel is thin, sour, slightly acidic, bright, and fruity. Reminds me of morte sublite or other fruity yet light lambic, carrot really wasn't terrible. If anything put this in some oak! (Oh great, here I go again)

This looks and smells exactly as you would expect it should. However the taste and mouthfeel leaves you wondering why anyone thought this would be a good idea...
