Aroma is a mix of grainy malts and earthiness. The flavor is slightly grainy pale malts, light citrus/fruit and a mix of dry and tart/mildly sweet in the finish.

From tap. Pours a clear gold color with a thin white head. Smells rich of yeast, honey, faint floral hops. Taste follows the nose, nicely bitter on the finish. Light-bodied, crisp, refreshing, high carbonation. Decent pilsner.

Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – The beer is served a clear golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is moderate in strength and consists mainly of a grainy smell mixed with some caramel sweetness. Along with these aromas comes some hay and a touch of harvest fruit.
Taste – The taste begins with a crisp grainy cracker malt flavor mixed with some other flavors of a lighter caramel malt as and a little bit of toasted malt. As the taste moves forward the graininess and caramel grow even stronger all while other tastes of all while the toasted tastes dwindle. A touch of herb and hay come at the very end of the taste, mixing with the rest of the flavors and leaving one with a crisp, moderately sweetened (for a pils), and grainy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium to light with a carbonation level that is average. For the style the feel is great and makes for a nice crisp sipper.
Overall – A rather nice easy drinking pils overall, with a bit more sweetness and graininess, but a very good easy drinking style.

4-pack of cans at Geyer’s. Just adequate.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into a Shaker pint glass, "CANNED" date "012419".
APPEARANCE: pours a hazy, copper color with one-finger off-white head that quickly dissipated until a thin, broken layer of small bubbles remained, there is some lacing on the glass, medium carbonation.
SMELL: sweet sugar, bread and a roasted note.
TASTE: the taste follows the nose, initially sweet sugar and bread then a toasted hop kiss on the finish.
PALATE: light body and carbonation.
OVERALL: this is a good pilsner and I would have it again no problem, I would recommend to anyone who enjoys the style.
