Poured to a chalice and drank at a restaurant.
A: The body is yellow and medium hazy. Head is white and shows a good retention but not much thickness.
S: The aroma is weird as the aromas of banana and clove like a hefeweizen are coming through very prominently (and they're totally unexpected). After the beer was already half drank, the aromas of belgian yeast and heavy maltation was present.
T: The taste started off much like a hefeweizen, banana, clove, malts, sweet yeast. And then it turned a bit more belgian when the real yeast started appearing. Sweet malts are also present in the end.
M: Body is medium to low. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Sweetness is high and bitterness is very low.
O: Totally off-range. It's a sort of an hybrid but it's totally unexpected to see a dubbel like this.
